Happy healing :) u look great!
Did u had any kind of massages ?
Looking great happy healing ..
hmmm...where could you be right now???
It's nice to see someone having a good experience with Dr.Mendieta's office because my experience was horrible I would never recommend there filthy surgery center to anyone , not there swanky office where there trained sales people rake you over the coals pretending to care about you .You must not forget the perfect photos you think these will be your results I will send you real photos of a hack job with scars horribly down my leg and one perfect cheek and one horribly deformed cheek (Photos you won't see on there website). While doIng your homework before giving this Dr a dollar ask to tour there dirty surgery center ,where they knock you out before you are brought into an OR , or even meet an anesthesiologist. Makes you wonder if there is even a licensed anesthesiologist there overseeing your procedure. Or if the room is sterile since they are performing up to five surgeries a day in there how could they have time to sterilize a room between procedures. You wouldn't know your knocked out before you enter the room. Use caution this Dr left me with open gashes 4" deep wounds for two days .then once seen sent away so he could see others and brought back that evening in plastic surgery that was a huge risk for a deadly infection I was given multiple antibiotics that caused a horrible reaction that landed me in the Er in baseball sized hives. Not all procedures were performed I paid for ,was promised this would be rectified after 20 phone calls several emails and being shifted to everyone but there janitor the doctor homered his word to fix his mistakes by dismissing me as a patient in an email from some random individual when I told him I would let the public be aware of his practices! Be Aware 13.900 this is how I was treated! Although a pears to care n be so very nice , a man who lives by profits over people no heart
Really something to think about , sorry for your experience ..

Pain relief...

Ladies, I was still sore and sensitive from my bbl post almost 8 weeks. My obliques and abs were sore even when I touched them myself let alone when someone else grabbed me by my sides or hugged me. As well, I had scar tissue that was troubling me. So I started doing research on what could relieve scar tissue and came across ultrasound therapy. I decided to call some physiotherapy offices that specialize in sports injury because I knew they would have an ultrasound machine. I found a clinic that I liked and they said they would help me by doing the following... Start every session with laser therapy and then move onto ultrasound therapy and then add heat. Now after only 4 sessions I am feeling 70% less pain then I had before!!! I'm so happy with it thus far. I hope this little bit of advice helps some of you ladies out there as well. xo

ultrasound therapy/ i thought the ultrasound was added with massages ?
where do u go ? i live in orlando . anywhere u recommemd please
Hi, thank you so much for your detailed accounts. I'm two weeks post and getting more and more back into my groove. My PS worked with and published the BBL book with Dr. M. I'm really grateful to see your pics as both our surgeons practice the same process. I can't wait for my swelling to go down. I was wondering if you regularly still get massages? We're they a large part of your recovery process if at all? I just had my first one on Thursday and I fed enjoyed it but I don't think it made much of a difference in swelling. I'm sure it helped with circulation. I would love your feedback. Many thanks and I love your results!
sweet bun I miss you!!!!
Miss you too bella! I'm so excited about your op. Can't wait to see your 4 month pic! :)

CC's injected

I've had a number of you ladies message me asking how many cc's of fat Dr M transferred. It was 660 to each cheek. :)

Wow, your results are fantastic! My BBL's in August and I've been worried they won't find enough fat cause I'm slim like you. Very relieved to see such great results with less than 1000cc per cheek. May I ask, did you gain before surgery?
Thank you so much MsNef! May I ask who you are having your surgery with? I wish you all the best! :) To answer your question...yes, I gained 15 pds. I am 5'6" and normally 145 pds but was up to 160 pds in my pre-op pics. My goal is to get down to 130-135 pds by mid September.
So welcome, SSB! I'm with Dr Ghurani. Very excited. Though he said I shouldn't try to gain weight whereas Dr Salama had told me previously that I should. So bit confused. I've noticed most slim girls do gain a bit, so I think it's a good excuse to pig out for a couple of months! I'm already around 10 pounds on my usual weight and will try to add another 10 (I'm 5'11 and have a lot of trouble putting on weight, which I would never complain about if not for BBL!). Hopefully Dr G can sculpt me like you! All the best!
LOL! Dear Lord I wish I had that issue....difficulty gaining. I smell certain foods and gain weight let alone when it hits my lips. I've seen a number of Dr G's before and after pics and I think he does wonderful work. I can't wait to see your before and after pics :) I wish you all the best as well and thank you for your very kind compliments. :)
Did you ask for only 660 cc's to reach certain results or was that the maximum he could transfer? Sorry, I haven't seen a lot of "slimmer" people here doing bbl's so your results kinda excited me!
She look so good congrats move over that ass to fat
Hey Vixen :) No, I didn't tell him how many cc's. He took out a lot more fat than that out of me....a lot more!!! LOL. But, I stressed to him I didn't want a large butt. I took pics of girls that had more of an "athletic" look. Some of the pics were from this site but the majority were of girls from fitness magazines. The major thing for me was shape. Loose the square looking booty (ughhh...getting older sucks) that I ended up getting and the large hips and saddle bags had to go as well. I already had some good volume so thats another reason he also didn't have to add anymore then that. Are you thinking of having it done as well or have you already scheduled it? :)
Thanks doll! I appreciate that so much! :)
I have a consultation June 12th for Dr.Cortes in Houston, hopefully to get surgery as soon as early august before fall semester starts.. I like the look you have, ok to steal for wish pics?
Wonderful! Please let me know how it goes :) and I hope you can get in even sooner than August. It would be nice for you to have as much recovery time as possible.....fingers crossed for you. ...and yes, please feel free to take any pics you like. :)
Wow u look great,, u can see nice projection even w 600ccs,,, have u lost much volume yet ? I was wondering if anyone here knows if walking too much causes u to lose volume? I got 1000ccs and it seems like it went down fast ,, does anyone know???
Hi Cali2. No hun, I can't say I've lost any volume. I'm now 9 weeks post op and I'm the same measurement around my butt as I was at week 3. I didn't measure myself prior to that. As for walking....I know I was told no exercise until 8 weeks post op. I just started back at the gym this week and going for walks longer than 20 minutes.
Very nice! Classy and natural. I love the old school docs!
Thank you so much belleisis. :)
