Hello ladies. My apologies on being MIA but here are a few post op pics of me. I’m feeling a lot better...80% normal. I do still have some swelling in my stomach and my sides are still a little tender. My faja is loose which doesn’t help so I am waiting on my stage two to come in the mail. Soon I will be ordering another garment from curvy gyals. Compression is the key so I have also been wearing my waist trainer. I started back work last week I will be able to sit at 6 weeks post op which is this Thursday. Other than that I’m loving my results and am improving everyday.

Hello ladies. My apologies for no posting sooner just been trying to recover and finishing up the semester with finals has been tough. First let me tell you that I am so over the whole recovery process. Sleeping on your stomach all the time sucks. Your either on your stomach, knees, or numb by the bbl pillow. Anywho Keylas recovery house was great. She was really helpful with everything. I’m healing pretty well at three weeks but I am still swollen in my stomach in some places. It’s important to wear your garment and have compression. I removed my foams and is just using my ab board. As far as what I’m eating and drinking I’ve been drinking mainly water or pineapple juice. I’ve been taking my vitamins. Eating lean meats, vegetables, and a whole grain. Eating clean is key????

My surgery was a success! I went to Dr. B’s office at 8am. I took a pregnancy test to make sure I was not pregnant. He marked me up and they placed an IV in me. A little after I went to the back for my procedure and Boom I was out. I was awoken in the recovery room and was in a lot of pain. I have been recovering at Keyla’s. I’m going to be real, day one was definitely tough. I was extremely sore. To describe the pain it’s kind of like I did a strenuous work out. I slept most of the day. It is important to push yourself to walk around. Trust me you feel much better. I also stay on top of my pain meds to keep the pain at a minimal. My appetite has been pretty normal. I’ve been eating soup and crackers, fruit, and chicken salads. I am a little itchy and will be getting my first massage today. So far I love my results and will post pics as soon as I can. After my massage I’m going to eat and take me a little nap.
Provider Review
Dr. Blinski is great. He is a Board Certified Surgeon that is affiliated with South Miami Hospital, which is right behind his practice. His staff is great and he is very serious about the work that he does and the well being of his clients.
