Hello... Realsef team... I been searching all over...
Hello... Realsef team... I been searching all over different websites and looking at different photos procedures from different doctors and comments from different realself team.. Am interesting in doing a lipo and bbl.....and I came with the conclusion to go with Dr Ghurani in Miami any comments recommendations advices ????

I have been hearing and seeing a lot of good stuff from Dr. ghurani. I have also decided I will be holding with him.

Need help Evaluating consultations
Helloooooo everyone.. So i just want to say that besides Dr. Gurhani I have 3 female doctors in DR as well.. Dr Almonte Dr Baez amd Dr Duran... So I just got my quote from Dr almonte and am not pleased in full becuase she is recommended me to do TT as well and I dont want to.. What should I do?????

Yeah I feel the same way I dont want a TT besides am not crazy on having a perfect belly I dont care about the strech marks either. i just want removal of the fat as much as the Docor can amd fat transfer to my hips and but thanks

I'm the same thing. Almonte quote me for a tt but for what I'm seeing is that with a tt, it takes long to recover. That's my impression from the stories I'm reading here. At the same time I'm kinda scared to go against her advise caused that basically mean that the cost probably gonna be less. U never know how one is when money is involve. I know for a fact the dr i contacted in miami said it's to much in one surgery. I'm stuck here still undecided. It's either miami or DR for me. I'm coming from europe and i don't think the dr here will know what to do with my body lol

I contacted spectrum and they basically gave me the info that they do not do all 3 at once. I'm not really impress with dr ortega work. If i do go miami I will go with sergio alvarez. I've read lots of good reviews about him on realself and I like the results of the dolls. And then I'm still looking into DR almonte but now I added Cabral to the list. The negative stories I've heard about cabral had me scared but at the same time I'm like if i don't make a decision I'll never get the ball rolling. The fact that I must travel overseas, i might as well get it done good with the results I actually want. I guess dr advises a tt so that u get the body u paid for which i agree with, but I personally find it will be to Much for me at once. I don't wanna worry about messing up mt stomach plus at the same time making sure i stay off my ass

Your body does not need a TT. Don't let the doctor in DR push you to do unnecessary things. Also its better to do it in the USA. Here we have more sanitary standards and its very strict. I plan on going to Dr gurhani as well. I was going to do Duran, but then I read all the horrible DR cosmetic surgery stories. Some scary things, people dying ect.

Am so excited I posted my pics and comments to ask the Doctors what procedures should I get and is been helpful... and more excited I got a quote from Dr Duran and Miami as well

I read the answers from the drs. Maybe almonte is right about my tt cause my stomach is a bit bigger than urs and i have 2 kids so my snapback probably will be less. I can always do it in the future I guess.

I also have 2 kids like you and my answers are like most likely to do liposuction first because at the same time is what you want me am not looking for a baby body am just looking to lower my stomach and some fat transfer in my hips and butter and TT I don't want it for personal reasons and because of that I won't do it Cuzhe probably I will feel miserable I got quote by Dr Almont Dr Duran and spectrum analysis almost at the amount of money... but at the end I need to make sure I will be happy besides like I told you I don't care about extra skin in my belly..
