Ladies I was reluctant to write a review because I am so embarrassed by my results after having this procedure done so I am far warning u know. Do not I repeat do not have any cosmetic surgery by this man. I look exactly the same when I went in coming out! Huge disappointment and waste of money! Also no one barely speak English!

I think just bc you had a bad experience or didn't get the results u wanted doesn't mean Dr. Ortega is bad at doing bbl! Dr. Jimmerson (J curves) in Atlanta is very well known for doing awesome bbl but he doesn't hv 100% of his patients satisfied either. We hv to go into surgery with an open mind bc u don't know what ur results may be. I hv seen lots of pics of Ortega dolls that turned out beautiful and I can't wait for him to transform my body in January.

I have.. I have over 10 people I know on here I had sent personally to dr. Ortega. Most of the clients I referred to dr. Ortega is my girl friends, my employees, my sister inlaws and my clients. So far no complications. They really had great results with the bbl also. I am going to get my bbl in January. So sorry for your complications. . :(

Dr O is a good Dr i just had my BBL with no complications. did i get Kim's butt well not Dr O put me more than 1000cc each i was huge the first days and i lost the fat i guess my body reabsorb but even still had better butt than before sx. What happened is Dr O does NOT inject fat into the muscle (his choice, style whatever) cuz there more risk at doing it as Duran left a girl cripple because she touch her sciatic nerve and she had her review here in RS so i think if you dont knew your Doctor's technique you cant really have realistic expectations because i much as we want you wont enter to Surgery looking like Rosie O'donnell and pretend to come out as kim kardashian. It just NOT happening

O ok...I got u. It must be the technique then and if that's the case, my body definitely absorbed all the fat. But to be honest, I still have stomach n back fat! It's like he never removed anything. I look the same hun! I was told 4 liters was removed. Which is funny to me because I don't have 4 liters of fat to be removed. Im not saying im perfect now cuz I'm not overall it was good and I think as same as you we are healthy and alive. Let me tell you i have read/hear and saw women coming out with burns, looking worst, scars all over the body and such on... I was glad to be over with this... And i will pray for the other who are jumping to this now... But believe me I feel you cuz my butt is the same but at least im kind of happy with lipo anyways planning to go back to diet and gym cuz there is not magic pill or faster way. Anyways good luck this time in 2nd round and post pic with the garment nobody will know who you are and we can finally see when you get ur BUTT lol

Hey madblkwoman, I'm wondering what research did you do on this doctor? I've did research on a lot of doctors in Miami, Fl. and trust me, you have doctors in Miami that rent offices with other doctors and they are using the same photos of procedures that are done in that same building among the other Dr. I also know if you are paying $4000 in Miami for A BBL then you'll get what you pay for. Meaning most doctors in Miami for a BBL charges $6000-$8000. Just because a doctor is great doing Breast lift or implants are not good with BBL or TT. So ladies, you have to do your homework on these doctor because with most of them its all about the $$$$$.

Hi GroovingStella, for a doctor to give you a great looking BBL, it all comes down to your body type, shape, and weight. A lot of women look at one body that was done by this doctor and think he can give them the same look at that's wrong. Everybody is different in size and weight. Go in with an open mind and show him wish pic so he can work with them. Good luck mama and I'll be following you.

I had BBL done by Dr Ortega back in May, boy was that the biggest mistake of my life. I am 5'6 weight 165. I had my stomach and back area lipo'd. I swear to you he could not have removed anything. I look exactly the way I did going in coming out. What a huge disappointment and waste of money! No results what so ever! The staff barely speak English but u understand them clearly when it involves a payment. They are your friends until that money is paid then u don't hear from them again! Suddenly u can't get in contact with no one and the emails stop. My procedure was done at CG Cosmetics! Maybe Dr Ortega is better at other areas of cosmetic surgery but when it comes to the BBL procedure don't do it to yourself. I'm having mines redone in DR in February....hope this helps!

Also ladies CG Cosmetics is money hungry as well just like they competitor Vanity Cosmetic. They tell u to pay a 1000 deposit to secure a date then email u a receipt along with a document stating no refund for the deposit. They are so deceiving. I even asked my coordinator Dayomie how much fat was removed and she had the audacity to say 4 liters. She must think I'm an idiot. Well I'm kinda sorta for even going there but I'm not big enough for 4 liters to be removed! FOH

One of my main reasons I was hesitant about Ortega was be of the no refund policy.. not for nothing, I should always have the choice to change my mind! I think he does ok bbls, but I think fisher does better ones.. Also yeah whatever about vanity but I can be refunded if u want to.. so it's the good and bad with everything... I have not really been super impressed by Ortega's bbls... but I hope ur second surgery goes good and u get the results u are looking for... sorry this was ur experience with him.. and I understand why ur mad... I really do... good luck in ur next journey.. and hopefully after that one we can see that ASS! Lol (only if u want to show) lol

Girl Dr Fisher works for CG Cosmetics as well. I told my coordinator I wanted fisher instead due to the reviews I saw n she told me he isn't that good and she believes he has people writing those reviews so I stayed with Ortega. Man something is not right with both of those companies but it was a lesson learned. Soon as I get the booty I want I'm sure I won't have any problems showing it off! Lol

Im sorry to say this but CG and Vanity are basically the same facility. all about money. I am looking into Dr. Ortega because i am looking for projection. Im sorry you were treated that way and it does suck to post photos about something your already unhappy about. It take alot to go on the internet to bash someone whether your telling the truth or lying. But since you went to him only you can make that determination. With Dr. Duran she does amazing BBL's but be careful. Infection is ridiculous everywhere especially leaving the country. Good luck with your round 2. I really hope the doctor you choose is worth the money your spending to fix an issue that you done spend thousands of dollars on to begin with. Good luck sweetheart

I wanted to get my bbl done and dr was honest and said I don't have enough fat. I am 5'1 and was 107lbs a month ago. The day of my surgery I was 112lbs, that was 4.5 months ago. I am trying to be at 125lbs for my Surgery. I don't need an hour glass body. Just a little more butt then what I have.
