WORTH IT
Hey Guys,It's been a LOOOONG journey so my surgery was on the
16th at 11.45. I just remember praying with Ortega then I was out of it.
Woke up in recovery shaking and in pain then Claudia recovery house
came to get me. Then pain on the first night was so ridiculous it's
unbearable. I went for my follow up appointment today n they changed my
plasters. I'm fed up of laying on my chest it's making my neck hurt????.
I have been taking lots of painkillers including tynelol. So far I like
my body. I have been walking frequently as orgeta advised me to. I had
my massage today and my body feels much better can't really feel the
pain.Spectrum put me through a lot of [RS bleep] there staff is a joke but Ortega was good.

Hey Dolls,I arrived Miami yesterday to get my blood drawn but
due to the fact I had been flying all day there's was not enough blood
in my body to draw. So they told me to come back today.7am I'm at spectrum getting ready to get my blood drawn & meet Ortega. I will be writing about my journey. X

Hey girls,
This is my first review, I'm so scared I'm having surgery with Dr Ortega, my experience so far with Spectrum is a joke, my coordinator is Emily she hardly communicates with. I'm so nervous but excited as to how my body is going to look. I'm an out of state patient is there anything I need to know before my op.

I didn't like Emily either. My coordinator is Liz and i absolutely love her. Call the main number and request to have your coordinator changed. Management will do so for you. Do you have a date yet?

I have Liz and she is the absolute worst lol but there are two Liz so maybe you have the other one. I have heard good things about Emily

Lol. Wow. My experience with Vanity was horrible but with Spectrum it's been cool. My cousins went in February so she just gave me a direct # for Liz and that's how we've been communicating ever since.

I had Emily and I was an out of state patient as well. She is not going to initiate any communication once you've put down your deposit to book a date. Most times I called her, I'd get her voicemail, leave my info and whatever I wanted answered and she'd call me back most times within the hour. Same with emails, I'd get a response within the same business day. The more you contact them, the more they get to know you. The best advice I can give is no matter how frustrated you are with them if you are polite yet firm they'll always respond and help you out. If you're rude or nasty to them even if they deserve it sometimes they're going to avoid you at all costs. It's kind of how it works with all the employees there. At the office I saw a few people being nasty to the staff for whatever reason and they just tune you out. Kill em with kindness and they go out of their way to help. It worked for me.

How was Claudia home and area? And is she attentive?
