Hi RS sisters... so I'm back on this site and have been reading reviews like obsessively. I had a MM w/ Dr. Jonathan Fisher on January of 2013 and I was extremely happy with my results despite a couple complications that I had but when you undergo surgery of any kind there are always risks involved. I remember when I got surgery done w/ Dr. Fisher in 2013 he wasn't as popular as he is today. I've seen a couple of reviews of girls who have done the BBL w/ him and I love the after pictures BUT he's at Vanity now and honestly, "I ain't got time for that." With that being said, I went to go see Dr. Ramiro Morales Jr for a consult on my breast. I feel my left implant but not my right and I was scared, didn't know if that was normal or not but Dr. Morales confirmed that my implants are intact. I ended up asking him if he did BBL's and he told me not yet but he will be starting sometime in May or June. I mean I liked his practice and I loved the fact he operates at a hospital (even though it's more expensive) but I'm not exactly sure how I feel about getting a BBL from a surgeon who is just starting to offer that service. Optimistically speaking, it can turn out great b/c he wants to excel and have good before & afters for his website but then again I feel that his website doesn't have enough before & afters to give me a feel of his work. You also don't get pressured like most cosmetic centers to put a down right away which makes me think that business has to be good for him b/c owning and operating your own practice isn't cheap. My cousin is getting a MM done with him now in March, I'm waiting to see her results first before I start taking him as a serious option. And then there is Dr. Michael Salzhauer ... lots and lots of pictures and reviews and I can honestly say that I like most of his work. Yes, he's a bit more expensive than other PS but at least he's consistent w/ his technique. Last but not least, Dr. Rami Ghurani. From what I've read he worked w/ Dr. Moises Salama at one point and he acquired Salama's technique. I really like his work as well (like alot) but he's expensive too. So these are my runner's-up:

1. Dr. Michael Salzhauer
2. Dr. Rami Ghurani
3. Dr. Jonathan Fisher
4. Dr. Ramiro Morales

At this point, I'm still reading reviews, saving up and trying to get as close as possible to my ideal weight. If you've had a BBL w/ any of the prospective surgeons that I've selected, let me know so I can check out your review and pictures.

So this is me. 5'4" and 185 lbs. I fell off the wagon sometime in November right before Thanksgiving and have packed on 15 lbs to date (bad girl, I know). I'm one of those "all or nothing" people who needs to learn BALANCE. Anyway here I am, 35 lbs from my goal weight. I'm one of those people who gain and lose weight propotionately so by the time I get to my goal weight my ass would be completely gone too.

I got big thunder thighs and it's mostly solid except in the inner area. My arms are the worst I hate them. They don't go with the rest of my body. My stomach is flat because Fisher Give me a mommy makeover in January 2013. As far as putting on weight, i'm a binge eater. I don't have any binging episodes when I'm doing a low-carb diet but as soon as I have a taste of the devil a.k.a. carbs I start spiraling and I put on weight really fast. I've come a really long way but I still struggle with food.
