Welcome doll...yassss Omulepu is great I had my sx with him almost 3 weeks ago. My suggestion to you is the 90 day squat challenge. . Let's tone up that body before you get that donk... check out my page I have little tidbits and advice... do leg throws for your abs and military press for your arms.. tone up and get that blood circulation started now for lasting results. I am officially one month smoke free.....this week I will modify my eating....no fried food, no sweets, no breads and 1 hour walk in the mornings....I am so excited 17 weeks 4 days
