So far so good $5000 for everything including Recovery house . I let spectrum pick it out for me. I really don't know how to feel but I'm nervous as hell giving these ppl my money but hey it's a process not over night. Congratulations on making this very nerve wrecking decision. I'm 5wks post op n still haven't gone back to work...if u are getting fat transferred to hips as well,you are going to love'em. Even though its a rough journey, you are going to be happy w/your new body. Remember, a great tip, for post op...massage, massage, massage! I'm still doing it,and just bought me a portable ultrasound machine to keep massaging. Massages are critical step to getting the results u are looking for.oh ,n if u get Any seromas at home...don't worry, u can handle that yourself,just YouTube it. I was freaked out at first but when you have all this helpful info from other dolls,it helps tremendously. Congrats once again!

I was expecting to go back at 10 days like I've read b4 on other dolls but I guess its BC I got aggressive lipo on my waist and the stiffness after d anesthesia is the one that has been unbearable for me. But don't get me wrong,everyone heals differently. I stayed at A&R Recovery for 7 days,I liked d fact that they will take care of you 24/7 and include 3meals,transportation, supplies,massages,etc. Her name is Rosemarie, this is her # 786-266-7637.
