BBL Journey, 26 Yeas Old,

So the 'clinic Manager' called me after I wrote my review on here and facebook trying to apologies for not giving a [RS bleep] the day before. She said she would let me know when Dr Dowbak was out of surgery so i wouldnt have to wait forever and that would give me next size garment for free. Well they never let me know when he was out, I even got in touch to check never got back to me left me waiting and made me miss my pre-op. After all this and the clinic totally taking the [RS bleep] I missed but appointment before my flight home. I still flew home without telling my airline as I would of needed medical clearance.
Flight home was 9 hours I sat on my pillow and slept most the times I was so exausted from walking around airport and felt so sick. Had to get up few times as my legs where going numb but wasn't too bad.
Disappointed I didnt get see Dr but I will never again go within miles of this place, I value highly customer services and rather be treated like a human being and not be made fun of by people that think you don't understand spanish.

Coming from outside the usa im very disappointed with the level of health care. For some reason you tend to think these things are better in the usa but not even some 3rd world countries treat you like this clinic treats people.
I had to wait 8 hours for my pre op appointment, was made to pay new lab work when I did all mine in UK and had no problem with them. Im very healthy.
I got clinic at 10am and left at 6pm! No communication what so ever, just left to wait like an idiot. The nurses are very rude and if you dont speak spanish they will treat you like you less of a human being and chat [RS bleep] about you.
Dr Dowbak gave me what i wanted but everything else about this place is appauling. I had tempreture all night after surgery went clinic and they didnt care nurses wouldnt even check my tempreture and told me to get a massage as if a massage would do anything to your tempreture.
After protesting and trying to force them to let me see Dr, i got new precription and they nurse changed my garment. She was so rude and hurting me even dr was telling her to go easy but they dont care.
Never felt like just less of a human being like this place has made me feel.
Appaled at everything really.

I sent all my labs off on 4th only heard back from them few days ago to say a test was missing went got test done same day and sent it. Once again no communication from clinic. Wish they made process less stressful buy actually communicating with you.

I’m flying out tomorrow, I know there is no problem with my bloods and i have been cleared by my doctor but would be nice if the clinic was more professional about clearing you.
