BBL A Few Days Away!! - Miami, FL

Well to start off I am extremely nervous as the big day approaches. I've always wanted to have a better shape as I've always felt that even when I have worked out and eaten healthy I still have that square body. Because of this I decided to go with Dr. Mendieta. After much research and going over reviews etc.. I felt he was the best fit as he seems to really be great at sculpting your body. So as far as the consultation ($100): Was weird for me since i'm uncomfortable with my body at the moment and having to get naked in front of the nurse and Dr. Mendieta was a little uncomfortable initially. They took a few pictures and then you get to see your body up on a computer screen (yuck) l definitely looked worse in those pictures then I initially suspected lol. Needless to say Dr. Mendieta was super sweet as were all his staff, they did try their best to make me feel comfortable and were good at answering all my questions. After agreeing to schedule the surgery and leaving a $2000.00 deposit, I was given a form to give to my primary care doctor to have a prep clearance done. So now I am a few days away from the big day, I am super nervous and excited. I will post some before pics up and keep you all posted of my recovery. I will be glad to answer any questions as well.

So I completed my postop with Andrea earlier today. It was rather quick, basically finished making my payment, signing some paperwork and was given my prescriptions to fill. I was given prescriptions for Iron, percocet, valium, and Zofran and an antibiotic I was able to find a walmart and paid 37.00 dollars for the percocet, Zofran and the antibioticd zofran. The iron you are able to get otc, since I have been taking it already and have a bottle I did not have to fill it. As for the valium, they explained to me that it is to ease my nerves the night before the sx but I rather go without since it's not a necessity. As for the compression garment by Veronique, it was pretty pricey at 214.00 and yes you can order them online for 178.00, just make sure you order the correct size. I would have ordered the medium on my own since that is my normal size, they gave me an xl as you go according to veroniques size chart. So I'm all ready, I'm pretty nervous but excited as well.
