I will have to say that dr. Ortega is an awesome dr. He's realistic and he gave me a beautiful shape it's been 2 weeks and I am loving my body the only thing I would have to say is as soon as I was done getting surgery they rushed me out of the room to get someone else in. This procedure is an outpatient procedure so I understand that I had to get out of the room either way I am very pleased with my results I highly recommend him

It's been about 3 months since I got my BBL with dr. Ortega in Miami my behind looks really Lumpy and uneven the right side of my hip is also uneven I can't wear certain pants because you can definitely tell I have lumps on my behind I definitely need a revision

It's so messed up that we pay so much money to not love out results. I'm going to try ultrasonics therapy

Try rubbing your but an smoothing it out. Lipo areas and but gonna be lumpy; it needs to be smooth out so you gonna have to nurture it.
I didn't have a BBL, but I do have large natually cellulite thighs and the action of a deep massage helps to smooth out the lumps, just like knots in you muscles.
You did pay your money and you should love your results! Do what you need to do to make it work for you. Happy healing!
