159lbs, 34 inch waist & 41.5 inch hips - not happy with BBL booty

So, its been 8 months since my surgery. I still wear my faja almost every day, primarily to make my booty look better. Least with the faja, the lump I got on the left cheek not obvious and my butt sits higher and rounder. Im happy with my results when clothed for the most part. Very happy. But the butt is still too saggy and flat on top, and because I do now have some excess skin on tummy, I want to do the tt.
And so, I am considering my next surgeon. While I would have loved going to Blinski in Miami, I cannot afford the 14k price tag, and that limited to 1 liter because of the tt. But his work is awesome. Therefore, I am almost sold on Dr Tania Medina. I love her work, she posts lots of pics of her girls, and Ive seen post pics of up to several years after surgery, and results are awesome. She also seems to be very careful in her evaulation of patients and does her utmost in keeping her girls safe. Does anyone have any feedback on Medina that you can give me?
