Round 2 BBL

My round 2 recovery has been much easier than the first one: way less swelling/itching/burning. Some days I feel like my butt looks the same but my waist is much smaller so that gives the illusion of a bigger rear end. However, it does look more shapely and I fill out my clothes nicely. I still wear my curvygyal faja during most hours of the day but some weekends I'll go without it. My weight loss saga continues. My heaviest po was 199.8 lbs..yikes. I made it down to 181 and am shooting for the 170s (I'm 5'7). My waist is close to 26 on a good day and hips are 47. Even tho my butt isn't as big or shaped like my wish pics I'm happy with my results. Idk if a round 3 will be in my future but if it is I'll definitely be going to cabral, duran (if she'll have me), or hasan. I think Dr. Ghurani is a very cautious and safe doctor..so you dolls may want to look elsewhere if you want a super snatched/vixen look.

I arrived in miami at 930am on Wednesday and was picked up by recovery lifts (RL). He was very nice and dropped us off at preop at Ghurani's private practice. The office was understandably closed (my appt was at 130pm) so we walked over to the mall and hung out. We walked back to the office around 1pm and met with Selena. No Dr. Ghurani. I signed paperwork, paid the remaining balance, and received my scripts and surgery time (6:30am). The RL driver then took us to publix to fill my scripts and pick up groceries for our stay. After that he dropped us off at the Airbnb. Let's just say you definitely get what you pay for. It was very small with very old furniture and accessories. The host was very rude and accusatory...nothing like the reviews I read on the airbnb website. On a positive note we didn't encounter any bugs. The rest of that night was uneventful... played on my phone and ate sensibly until 7ish (no eating after 10:30pm). On surgery day I woke up, showered with dial, took off all jewelry, and prepared my bed with a shower curtain and chuks. I wore a simple maxi dress to the surgery center. There were a few people there when i arrived and it took less than an hour for them to call me back. After saying goodbye to my mom, I changed into my surgery uniform (gown, compression socks, hat, booties), completed a drug screen (urine), and answered basic medical questions. The nurse also took my vital signs and weight; this didn't happen last year (not sure if it was an oversight). She then gave me a remote to watch tv while i waited for the doc. The nurse anesthetist came in next and asked me more questions. Then finally, the man of the hour arrived. After a little small talk, he bluntly asked me why I was there because my body was already sexy. I told him I wanted a bigger butt and more hips and pulled out my top 8 wish pics (he barely glanced at them before tossing them to the side; he said I should be my own muse and would look better than all of those pics I brought in). I asked about forearm lipo; he said there were too many risks and that he doesn't like to include arm lipo with bbls because the recovery is too hard. I asked about stomach and fupa lipo; he said my fupa was full of scar tissue and at great risk for burns if he lipo'd there. He also said my stomach fat wouldn't be usable and also at risk for burns. He then told me to workout and lose weight to tone these areas. I asked if weight loss was ok after a bbl and he said sure. He did agree to lipo my full back, waist, and inner thighs down to my knees. After being marked up, i immediately walked over to the OR. The anesthetist started my iv, gave me a sedative, and i was out. I woke up on my stomach freezing and shaking to death. I didn't get a chance to pee at the center before jolie nurses rolled me out thru the front door sitting on my rear. The RL driver picked us up and dropped us off at the airbnb. Im so happy I packed a pain and nausea pill to take while en route. I didn't stop shaking until i was settled back at the airbnb. I was in and out of consciousness most of that day, but I made sure to take my meds every 4 hours. My mom became ill on surgery day so she wasn't much help. So for dolls wondering if you can do it alone the answer is yes. The next day was my first massage and postop. I met with Ghurani and he said he took 1000cc from each leg and injected 1200cc into each cheek. He advised I get frequent massages to avoid seromas, fibrosis, and swelling. My back and waist aren't bruised or swollen but he still told me to compress and massage. I completed 2 massages a day while in miami (jolie and medical massage professionals) and will buy 3 more at home (journey bodyworks). After that I'll see how i look and feel before committing to more. My faja is unusual as it compresses below the knees. The free one i received was too big and the one I purchased in miami is too small. Im going to try to sell or look for a seamstress who could alter them to size. Im excited to wear my curvy gyal faja but it's customized to fit me after arm and inner thigh lipo; meaning the long sleeves and too short length could cause problems. Im just going to suffer thru the sleeves and wrap my knees and lower leg with ace bandages for even compression. So far i absolutely love my results and am feeling like the entire process was worth it. But alot can happen during the recovery process so I'll wait the 3 months before officially deciding. Oh and another thing, my poor vagina is taking a beating this time. Im not sure if it's the faja material or what but my vag has been super irritated. I went to urgent care as soon as I got home. The labs were inconclusive but they prescribed a diflucan to ease my symptoms. I still have some discharge but am hoping everything clears up since I'm home. Will update more later.

I asked about my arms and she suggested I speak with the doctor about it tomorrow. The driver then took us to publix to fill my prescriptions (pain, nausea, anticoag, antibiotic) and get food/supplies. The driver then dropped us off at the airbnb. Let's just say you get what you pay for.. it's very quaint but after sanitizing a bit it'll do for a quick 5 day recovery experience. I have my questions and wish pics ready to go for 7/12. I'm praying for great results which enhance my already snatched look.
