Once u lock in your date be prepared to not hear from spectrum for about s month or so.. so have all your questions ready because it is impossible to get in contact with them .. im excited tho I've spoke to some girls who has got their bbls done with Dr Martinez .. and I am definitely impressed ... please if u had any advice pleas feel freee...../

Scared been seeing bad reviews on dr martinez but spoke to 3 girls who actually like thier results.. From what I can see he gives u a natural look and thats wat im looking for I dont want to look like every one else with a fakw butt .. But I would say trying to get in contact with spectrum is the most unprofessional clinic ive ever witnessed after u pay your money good luck wih trying to get in ontact with them its impossible to reach somone.. So ask all the questions u can before your down payment ????

Omggggg but they broke the contract not u smh... well I'm goin with Dr Martinez i just spoke to my coordinator she said the he's doing good I told her to send me pics she said she's try whatever that means .. but if u want to pay 500 more ft dowbak looks like he's doing amazing ..

i think the pics of dowbaks work arent his they arent giving me the details i want on his past and his ''experience'' IF i get proof of that then itll be my most probable option. soooo unsure and soo angry

i just got A LOT of details and enough id call proof; dr dowbak called me himself and he really does seem great. i asked 100 of questions and he sent me email as well. i am very good with vibes and energy and he definitely really cares and has so much experience (cuz hes 70) and these surgeries are easy to him. hes done thousands. thats my take so far.

If you go on IG you can see what really happened with him and spectrum. Ghurani was starting his own practice like how Alvarez started his and was able to honor his patients credit with spectrum so his patients can get switched to his practice. But something bad happened between Ghurani and Spectrum they started saying bad things about him and even stealing his bbl pics passing it off as another Dr. work a Ghurani doll recognized the pic an reported it to Ghurani if you look on his IG he talks about it. An the other Ghurani patients talks about how unprofessional Spectrum was when they brought up his name. After my bbl im not going back to spectrum. Its hard to in contact with them. Since Dowbak works at Seduction cosmetic i might book my TT with him there.

Its his work I found a Dowbak patient on Seduction Cosmetics IG. She was in the comments talking about how she love her bbl. Dowbak did work in California I think hes 60 or 70yrs old he doesn't seem like the social media type but seems very nice.

I'm soooooo unsure of Dr Martinez at this moment they haven't been posting any of his work but a new doctor comes an he's filling out their Instagram page what happen to martinez bbl honestly it looks like he's good at Breast augments maybe Bbl ain't for him I've seen bout 3 good reviews the rest are bad . And then they post this pic just made me change my my mind Help can somebody please tell me if they been too dr martinez and have good results ?????

I saw this pic an ppl were putting a sad face under it i guess spectrum deleted it. I only met 2 Martinez dolls that like their results but they barely post pics.
