Absolute WORST Customer Service After Your Procedure - Miami, FL

Ortega was a friendly doctor however they rush your time in the office where you barely have time to ask questions or have them explain your procedure better right before you go under. They treat you fairly well while you are at the facility but be aware that they DO NOT CARE about you after you are gone! I had several concerns about my results from my BBL and Karla the assistant has made it a point to not return calls, emails, or messages about my concerns. It upsets me greatly that I paid a great deal of money for an operation but received no answers afterwards. About 4-5 months after the procedure I was very unhappy with my results, I had little to no fat left from the fat transfer AND part of the fat had hardened and now my right butt cheek is lumpy. I called several times, emailed and sent messages to the assistant and facility and they have done nothing to answer my concerns. The reason that they have such a high rating for reviews is also that right before you leave the facility for your final check up they make you fill out the reviews there, before you can actually see your results. Once you go home though they do not care to hear back from you ESPECIALLY if you are worried about your results or the procedure. I would honestly not choose this facility because of how they treat you once you are done.
