So now I'm 13 weeks post op. Doing a lot better overall I have started to workout now. I right now am doing heavy weights supersets and little cardio as I'm doing cardio while I'm lifting. I do about a 5 min warm up on the stair master and that ok my booty is feeling a lot better. My lower back is still numb and my stomach has some areas that I'm still sensitive too. Here are some pics of my progress.

So here are some pics of my progress. I have noticed that my booty is definitely softer. The top part is still firm and tender. I have been slacking on wearing my waist trainer. I need to get back to wearing it, it's only been a week. I have started to sleep on my sides and on my booty but with a pillow in my waist because is more comfortable that way. I am definitely loving my new body. I will continue to post pics as I continue my journey. Happy healing ladies!!!!
