Dear,
Get lipo foam, abdominal board, female urinal from eBay or amazon. To prep and for recovery get floradix or iron and vit. C tablets. Get strong painkillers from your PCP for first days of recovery and Bromalain (pineapple root) and Arnica tablets.
Some chux for on the bed and padding in your faja/ garment.

I have read they give out Tylenol at Vanity. Just to be sure, I'd get the strong ones from my PCP, in addition get costs covered by your insurance.

Have your ladies urinal, some water/juice, crackers, painkillers&iron/vit.C in your bag for right after surgery. Just in case you need any of them, better safe than sorry. ;)

And do make sure you have your lymph massages planned for when you get back home. We had massages 2/3times in the first four weeks we got home. It helped with getting rid of leftover fluids and for the sore/stiffness.

Any other tips you need, just shout.
Sis and I will hopefully be heading to mr. Hasan in January..!

Thank you Huni!! You have been very helpful!! I don't know where I would get the massages done where I live.. But I really appreciate you so much!!! Have you heard about mayda RH? Where will you guys stay? I reserved at the airport comfort suits 585 for 4days that's high when I need three meals a day and massages not to mention an on site nurse for a couple days. For all that I need to stay at a nice reliable RH. Do you know of any?

Most welcome! I know how important it is to get response. I had a couple of ladies doing the same for me during rd.1 so, more than welcome. :-D

Try googling "lymphatic massage+your hometown", I'm sure something will pop up.
Wrt RH; I have read good stuff on New Body Recovery Home, so will more research on that. I'll also ask our patient coordinator at Vanity, she may have some advice.
Have read "Mayda" somewhere but doesn't ring a bell for now..
