Hello ladies...I been researching for the pass 8 years..and I finally got the encouragement to go forward. But in this journey life took me by surprise and had to have total historectmy due to fibroids..that put me down for 6 months cause of complications... Now I gained weight and I'm back on my journey to recovery and weight loss before I can have my BBL..35 pounds I need to lose..And guess what I'm going to do it...this is for myself and my happiness..So i decided on Dr. Hasan so happy journey to all..and God speed.

Im sorry to hear that but if you dont mind me asking what went wrong with your hysterectomy? I might have to have one due to endometriosis but im trying other routes first

Well with my hysterectomy I had endo also and end up have hydro happen with me. When they took out the womb it was attached to bottom half of my liver and bladder and it rip part of my bladder tube. So I had to get a stent installed to go to the bathroom properly.. It was a lengthy process but I took iron pills and woman multivitamins to help me. But I tell you one thing.. It was the best thing I ever did for myself... I got tired of checking and rechecking when I sit down cause it just took life away...No more bleeding its the best...and love life is greater, sensual, and I'm happier... I hope you don't suffer from pains constantly like wa . Cause I know your pain...stay strong and God bless

Thanks alot. But I am always in pain I cant even wear jeans really bc of it but I was always told that a hysterectomy would change the way ur body worked sexually so I've been afraid and just Fighting through the pain. But I hope ur enjoying life better now pain free!

Hello Chikadagurl. .Dr. Hasan is my doctor as well and my surgery is scheduled for May 28. He also ask me to lose 15 pounds Before surgery day I'm having a hard time doing so...smh

Have you tried the master cleaner diet to get you staeted . then change into protein shakes only..I committed to master cleanse for 30 days and I'm on day 10 and lost 10 pds. Already...u must stay committed and strong.. Workout and don't give up...you got this...if u need to ask me more I will answer your questions. Good luck and God bless

hey,i am too going to hasan in june ..but if you dnt mind me asking why did they tell you to lose weight? how much do you have to weigh before surgery im at 148 and im 5'4 but i wanet to gain about 10 more ibs

You are in the right bmi...and gaining pounds its up to you but don't go over...I'm the same height and over bmi...

Oh ok...yes they told me I didn't need to gain any weight but I feel like I dnt have enough fat lol ...but I won't go over tho I can't even gain any anyways :)
