Necrotizing Fasciitis!!! Do Not Use This Practice!

I went to Dr Alvarez in 2017 for a BBL and ended up in the hospital with necrotizing fasciitis that was introduced into my body. I spent several months in the hospital having debriebment surgeries and fighting off the infection then had a wound vac in order to try to heal the giant hole left in my bum. Thankfully I survived but I would never recommend him to anyone!

Nightmare

Please do your homework when deciding to have a BBL, I ended up with necrotizing fasciitis, I could have died. I had 7 debridement surgeries over the course of a couple months following my BBL, had a wound vac and spent 3+ months in the hospital and then had a home nurse. I'm left with extensive scaring etc.

I'm looking to get a BBL, after 4 kids I dont look how I once did of course so would like a thinner waist/back and fuller hips/butt.

I havent had my surgery done yet so will update as I go but so far his office has been great and the woman I'm working with has been very helpful.

I'm very excited to start this journey and will keep you all updated! <3
