Do you know how many surgeries he does in a day. I heard spectrum is a mess. Can you give feedback about the facility. I would rather go to his clinic instead of spectrum or vanity

I'm not sure how many but he's good. If I had to do it again I would go to his private practice. Spectrum is like a fast food restaurant vs a nice one.

Ooh wow. I'm glad u like ur results though. Also I heard from different girls even if you go through his private practice and pay a little more he always reschedules you to spectrum because that's where he does most of his procedures. That's why I ended up not choosing him because I didn't want to be switched there at the last minute but I truly like his results though. Glad u got the look u wanted. U look awesome

Six weeks later n I'm still sore, still get swollen. Put the booty buddy away n now using soft pillows to take a bit of pressure off the butt when sitting. Feeling better though. This is one hell of a recovery process. Quick update.

So although I didn't get the donk I originally wanted I'm happy with my results. I'm looking great in my clothes n better naked. Alvarez sculpted my back n flattened my tummy n I have a nice size booty. Overall happy. Def getting more attention these days.

Lol. Good question and thank you. He thought I was going to get a k Michelle ass n men would be crashing their cats trying to get to me. Smh. He's good now n says I look great.. Good luck with yours. It's not a walk in the park so be mentally prepared but Alvarez is good n seems to be getting better with practice. XO.
