As i write this im still in utter shock and disbelief im really goin thru with this sh!#...ive been counting down the days for what seems like an eternity now and now im in the homestretch, single digit days. Ive bought alot of stuff, my doc is a minimalist but i think ive covered every base. I think the facedown breathe easy pillow is gonna come in handy since i wont be sleepin on my back for atleast 4-6 weeks. I purchased a kendrick lamar concert ticket *im a BIG fan of his* at the time of the concert ill be 3weeks post op, hopefully i can stand the majority of the time but just in case my bobby pillow will be in attendance lol. For so long i let my weight dictate how i lived rather how i existed. Now after all this hardwork and this surgery im ready to LIVE. Party, be young for once! Im only 21 but i have the mind of someone twice my age. Ive never felt sexy..never had a desire to...the new me however, shes youngwild&free. She wants to flaunt what she has and be proud of her body instead of bein so damn modest all the time. Its like my whole mindset has changed, maybe its because im blossoming into a young women. Im very happy i found realself, it helps to have a support system of ppl goin thru the same thing im goin to go thru. No one understands this process more than those goin thru it. My only worry is how to maintain weight for a month without working out, its goin to kill me to miss my workouts for so long..but im not goin to risk losing my @$$, thats fo sho!! Lol. Im tryin to eat clean as possible pre and post op. What did you ladies eat while at the hotel or condo recovering? Im curious becuz im ballin on a budget and im not tryin to eat out all day everyday. Any suggestions comments are welcomed! Anyone needing help in their weight loss journey feel free to comment or hit up my inbox, i have so many tips and good nutrition advice to share. Sharing is caring. Oh and anyone wanting to trim their waistline, get yourself a weighted adult hula hoop. I got mine at amazon for $28 bucks. That thing does wonders and its not hard to do at all. I usually hula hoop 20 mins a day, 5x a week. Welp until next update its been real yall

Ive been window shoppin alot lately, i cant wait to have a hourglass shape. To wear tight fitting dresses and feel good about all my hard work. A.new body for a new me. :) . Oh my lipo areas are full back full abdomen, arms flanks and inner thighs. Im gettin a bbl with added hips as well. Seein Miami will be fun too, this will be my first time in southern florida. Hi ladies!! Im new to Rs, but im so happy i found this site. Ive learned so much by reading the other ladies stories. Im flyin down to Miami for 2 wks, its a vaca and surgery mission all in one lol. Im 21 years old, no kids in college 3rd year. Ive battled an eating disorder for close to 10 years now. I maxed out at 223 lbs my sophmore year of high school. I held my feelings in and buried them in food. Its been a difficult road but im glad to say i persevered! Being big killed my self esteem, ive always been very self conscious so bein unhappy with my body only made things worse. Anyways this is my reward for hard workouts and dedication. I lost 60 lbs naturally, self motivation and the joy i found in hittin the gym kept me focused. I still have battle scars everywhere (stretch marks) but they've faded alot. And at this point in my life i dont care what others think of me. Everything im not makes me everything i am -Kanye . I remember in middle school up til 11th grade i never wore shirts that were shorter than elbow length. I was my worst critic. The one thintjing I'll always have are boobies lol ..not so lucky in the lower region. No hips or butt but soon thats gonna change!! Im dreamt of this since before there was fat grafting haha. My hotel flight and rental are all paid. N surgery was paid off a few months ago. Got my supplies everything, im just counting down the days. My medical clearance is on April 25th. Currently taking iron pills 25mg, biotin 5000mg, daily multivitamins and 3 days before sx i will start taking Arnica Montana 30x tablets to help with brusing and soreness. Im so damn nervous but excited too. I wish all of you girls a speedy revovery *smooches*>

Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. No malpractice suits. Seen him on talk shows and love his booties. No drains are used so less chance of infection.
