My journey started April of 2015. I was scrolling through Dr. Miami's Instagram profile and decided I was going to treat myself to the body I always wanted. I had a decent butt but I am obsessed with big butts and wanted to go bigger. I called for a consultation and was surprised that it was April and the 1st available consultation appt was in December!! And the 1st available Surgery date was in July 2016! Just based on his work on Instagram, I decided to book the surgery. I sent pictures via email and had a phone consult, as I do not live in Miami, as planned in December. July quickly came around. Everything went smoothly. My doctor medically cleared me. I made my final payment and was good to go. Surgery date was July 20th. I arrived July 19th and had a consult with him that day. He was super nice and animated as in his Instagram page. He's had a bubbly personality and the most perfect teeth I ever seen!! lol. He told me his plans, I agreed and I was given a 3pm schedule surgery time. On July 20th I received a call that the Dr. Miami was running behind schedule and I had to be there at 4pm. Got there at that time but my surgery didn't start until 9pm!! Needless to say I was nervous at the time. But according to the OR team, they have surgeries all the time at that hour. I was out of surgery by 12am. I was in pain but nothing that Percocet couldn't take care of. Tomorrow I will be 3 weeks post op. It has been a long recovery due to the fact that I can't sit and was sleeping on my stomach. But so far I am loving the results!! I am attaching a few before and afters. Overall, Dr. Salzhauer's team have been great. It was a smooth ride through the year and a half wait but it was definitly worth it!

We'd love to hear more about your recovery, thanks for adding pics and keep us posted on your continued healing!
I def recommend Mary's for at least 48 hours for sure. They feed you, give you your meds and help you go to the bathroom. The day after surgery someone from Dr. Miami's staff comes over to shower you. This is the most difficult shower you will have. I didn't faint but was very light headed even to go pee. After the 1st shower I had to sit and threw up what must have felt my entire life in a bag. It was terrible. After that it is your personal choice. They provide you with meals and give you your meds as scheduled. It's very convenient.
