33 & 32yo Sisters....3 Kids Each....perfecting Our Perfect with Dr Hasan - Miami, FL

Whelp...here we go! First a disclaimer, my sister and I will be making this journey together, and therefore we will be posting together on this profile. I hope this doesn't confuse- as there will be 2 stories in 1 here. We'll try to delineate with an L or C depending on who is posting. Ok, now here we go- I am 5'4" 170lbs (sigh) and my sister is 5'8" 160 lbs (ugh and sigh @ her being 4" taller and yet 10lbs lighter) we both have 3 kids each (her youngest is 6..,mine is 9months) and we have both had C-Sections...(me 3x and she has had 1). We have both been talking about getting "the fat sucked out of stomachs and put in to our butts" for YEARS but only recently (as in the last 1-2yrs) have we really been working towards making it happen. Initially my sister was looking at Dr Miami (Schulzter)...she has placed a deposit and had a surgery date set up for Jan 2016. I was initially on board but fell off the wagon- plus I was not ready to put that kind of $ down at the time as I was paying for wedding and new baby etc...but now I am ready (& excited I might add) however, now I have completely missed that boat as Dr Miami can't even consult me until 9/26/16! Geez! As I came back on board with this plan to get this surgery- I found Dr Jimerson in ATL and was very excited by his reviews and the results I have seen. Well I consulted with him...& he quoted me the doable price of 18,500 (for a tummy tuck and BBL plus hips and extra lipo of my upper back) sigh...did I mention I have 3 kids?! As much as I'd like to think I had that kind of $ to put on this I don't- at least not if its gonna be done in the next 2yrs. So my sister and I went back to the drawing board! And have come across Dr Hasan at Vanity Cosmetics in Miami. We we are both in love with the results we have seen from ppl on this site- but we are both beyond cautious as we have also been reading the down right scary reviews on Vanity. Well after the disappointment of finding out how much Dr J would want and the excitement of loving Dr Hasan's work, we decided to throw caution to the wind for a moment and at least CHECK on Dr Hasan. Well so far...things have been going pretty well (granted we are less than a wk into our journey) but we are hopeful (& even more so PRAYERFUL) that things will continue on this track! We both requested quotes via RS and we were both contacted by 2 different PCs. My sis heard from Margaret and I heard from Anna; most recently I have been in communication with Lia. These have been the differences: She was quoted 4500 for BBL with 12 areas of lipo. I was quoted 5k (hmmm really?!- quote given same day btw) Margaret called my sister and when she didn't answer she left her a message, emailed, and offered to text with her as she was at work and cldnt answer her phone. Margaret, however, quoted my sis without asking any questions or seeing any pix. My first correspondence with Anna was a request for photos and basic medical info (age, wt, ht, # of preg etc). I attempted to call Anna for more info but had a hard time getting her on the phone. She was very attentive via email though. Well today I attempted to call Anna again but got sent to a PC named Lia...she was awesome in the 7min I had her attn. she stated that they would honor the quote if 4500 (until 11/26) and sent me a copy of Vanitys refund policy (states everything is 100% refundable as long as no surgical/lab services had been done). I asked if Dr Hasan had seen my pix and she placed me on hold and came back stating that if I sent them to her she would get them viewed immediately (it was almost 530). I sent them and she called back abt 20m later saying they had been viewed and that I needed to be aware that I might have extra belly skin after surgery until I Cld get a TT 3 months later. (Another difference- Dr J said he wld do TT & BBL together...Vanity said they don't combine any other procedures with BBL; Jimerson said lose 10 lbs; vanity said just don't gain anymore! Bmi must be 30 or less) (totally plan to lose some weight though....working on that 10lbs!) I asked if I sld realistically expect a slimmer waist without the TT and she said yes- it might not be an issue especially with proper post-op care but that she wanted me to be aware of what I might experience. Ok I can appreciate and respect that. My sis said Margaret went in to radio darkness today after she received a reply email from her this am...So! With all that history- you are now up to speed with our journey thus far. We plan to place deposit and schedule tomorrow for a Surgery date in early May! (especially knowing I have in writing a policy of 100% refund-ability) now, this post is long bc it was abt 8months of history-so I'm going to end it pretty abruptly! we'll keep all updated on our journey as it unfolds..deuces! -L
