32, Three Kids I'm a Virgo with No Butt! Aug 5 2015 - Miami, FL

I really don't where to began...I been on realself on the low for almost a year lol..I no one thing I'm keep it 100 IM TIRED Of WEARING THE BUTT PADS the long shirts. I'm done with that. I haven't been to the mall in a minute.. I rather go after my sx.. I cant stop thinking about it. I want believe it till im on my flight.. My family thought I was playing but its not a game. I really want this I'm coming out of a ten yr relationship.. Its my time to shine.. So follow me as I share my journey .... I decided to start a review when my sx date was schedule less than two weeks away.... I originally wanted doctor Fisher.. But when I finally got approved for my vacation .... Fisher will be on vacation Aug 5.. So I'm going with Hassan.... Vanity is so funny to me before you make a payment they call you down... After you make a deposit you have to call them down for your invoice.....smh....I like Yolonda, she's cool she faxed me a paper that states I'm getting a procedure on such and such date.. I had give to my supervisor... Because I would have only been approved for one week. Another thing ladies make sure you now your bmi....its kind of crazy because for the last week vanity have been calling my phone lately..asking me a bunch of questions.. I guess the closer your sx date. The more they start calling... I never knew that my bmi had to be under 29... Meaning I'm 5'3 and I can't weigh more than 169... Three months ago i was 167.Smh Im happy that I lost four pounds in the last three months

So i have tachycardia. (A rapid heart beat). So i need a medical clearance and a ekg, and a stress test... I have an appointment with my primary doc on Monday.. I was shcudule to see the cardiologist tommrow.. Until my doctor's office called me at 4:40pm today and said that my insurance will not cover my visit tommrow.. Wtf.... So now i have to call in the am. , and call facility that do accept my insurance and see if they can squeeze me in asap im down to seven business days before i leave for MIA....
