WORTH IT$5,500
I just turned 30yrs, No kids and I'm ready to finally be a Super "Hottie Behati" lol . I have been researching this procedure for about 4 years and have finally gotten the chance to make my wish come true. I finally chose Dr. Hasan after searching and searching.. He and Dr. Fisher both work in the same facility and I am definitely set on either one of them.. They both seem to have gifted hands and I pray either of them can bless me with what I've always wanted. I gained weight over the years and dislike what my body has turned into so finally, with the blessing of my fiancé and family, I am ready to embark on this amazing journey and to finally have the body I've always wanted .. In my family I'm the only girl with no hips and booty and it always frustrated me for sooo long !! I was extremely blessed with boobs ( which none of the women in my family have ) but that's not what I want. I have not picked a date yet but I'm certain I'd like to get the procedure done sometime in October/November 2017.. I am super nervous so if you ladies have any advise or encouragement in regards to this, I'd be more than grateful.. Let this amazing journey begin !!!! Ciao!

Hey Ladies.. So the craziest thing just happened today. So i am about 37 days away from my SX and i just received an email about an additional fee for a "Cell SAVER " ( $525 )
This to me is very ridiculous because you can't wait a month before someones surgery to tell them that there are going to be extra fees which was never discussed in my original booking. The email stated .... copy and paste ....................... I SIMPLY WANT TO KNOW IF ANY OF YOU LADIES ARE RECEIVING THE SAME MESSAGE BECAUSE I AM LIVID AND VERY APPALLED .. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I PLAN TO DO ....
This email is to notify you of the medical requirements that will be changing in the near future at our surgical facilities. As of October 1, 2017, Dr. Hasan will be requiring all patients to purchase the Cell Saver machine for any liposuction or BBL procedure. Below please find detailed information regarding the Cell Saver machine and its benefits. Due to this change, if you would like to change your surgery date or surgeon simply reply to this email and I will be able to assist you.
At Jolie Plastic Surgery, we always have your safety and comfort in mind. The Cell Saver provides patients a reliable way to recover after surgery by minimizing the leading causes of painful and uncomfortable symptoms related to recovery.
Patients who choose Cell Saver enjoy these added advantages:
1) Feel better after surgery 2) Recover faster 3) Heal better 4) Have less chance of blood transfusion
Cell saver has consistently demonstrated to be safe and effective at reducing blood transfusions after an elective surgery, especially for surgical procedures where the risk of significant blood loss is expected. The intraoperative cell saver is a machine that provides patients with their own fresh, washed blood, preventing an allogeneic transfusion. The recovered blood is collected, processed and re-administered to the patient greatly reducing the risk of contracting outside diseases.
Because the blood is re-circulated, there is no limit to the amount of blood that can be given back to the patient. The cell saver is also viable alternative for patients with religious objections to receiving blood transfusions.
There is an additional fee of $525 for patients who are undergoing a liposuction or BBL procedure to add this machine.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you, and thank you for being a valued patient of Jolie Plastic Surgery.

Hmmm. I get it, but that seems fine in a shady way. Why can't they offer it optionally for people who have already booked procedures and require it for all new procedures ?

If it's required, it should be factored into the price in the contract, not after the fact...not fair. My surgery buddy had the cell saver at a different facility...her hemo was 13 the day of surgery, and 9 after surgery. I had bbl and didn't have the cell saver, my hemo went from 13 to 7, I was so weak, had to get a blood transfusion.

It's shady to do that. Can you speak on it and discuss and ask questions to why it wasn't factored in?
