30 Years Old, No Kids, BBL , Hasan Doll - Miami, FL

Ok, so I've been following this site for a few months now. I finally decided after much back and forth to follow through. To be clear I'm not insecure, and I have no problem trying to lose weight. In fact I've lost and gained weight at least 3 to 4 times since 2007. I'm usually very successful with losing weight the problem is no matter how much weight I lose I still can't get the desired shaped I'm after. I then feel hopeless and put the weight back on. I'm 5'4", 170 pounds, 39 bust, 33 chest, 44 hips. I carry most of my weight in my thighs. Because of the size of my thighs I actually wear a size 30 jeans...sad part is I never seem to fill out the back of my jeans :-/ so I'm stuck wearing a belt. Now that I'm older its getting much harder for me to lose the weight this time around. I like to run...but I can see my already slow metabolism is now at a complete stop :(.....well that's what it feels like. I'm kinda nervousness to follow though with this surgery but I'm hoping Dr. Hasan will give me the look I desire once and for all. I put a 50% deposit down to schedule my date. Really hoping I get get the time off work and won't have to push my date back.

I'm having a hard time deciding what is to big. I don't want to be to small but I don't want to look like Nikki either. It's so hard to find a happy medium .
