So, I waited to start this review until all my ducks were aligned; anyone who is going through this process or has gone through this process understands the flip/flops and changes in plans, frustration, time and effort that is put in to try and work out the details and hope for a smooth sailing. I originally was set to go to Columbia and move ahead with butt implants since my original frame is tall, small and flat :(.... After doing more thorough research on butt implants I decided the risk and complications out weighed the pros for me personally; I have breast implants and can say from experience my implants have dropped over time (they look natural now) I can't imagine though what a butt implant would look like dropped !!! (shocked face).Why I originally set out and was interested in butt implants is because I was so worried of spending all this $$$ and going through recovery etc. to have a BBL and it not take or be reabsorbed in my body...considering I am not big to begin with.

WELL LET ME TELL YOU I HAVE BEEN PUTTING ON WEIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL Next post will be about how my BBL journey began..with pictures.

After doing A LOT! of research on different surgeons, exp. Dr. Fisher, Mcadoo, Dr. FixitMiami, Jugenberg etc. I found Dr. Dowbak @ Spectrum aesthetics...I put down my deposit and booked the date! While doing some research on cost to hire a nurse vs. recovery home etc. I came in contact with one of the nurses on the list they (Spectrum) had provided me. When I advised the nurse that I had booked a date in April with Dr. Dowbak @ Spectrum she became really quiet (you could tell she was confused).....?!??! She then shocked me when she advised me that Dr. Dowbak is no longer at Spectrum and that she was now at New Life...........I was like WTF?? No one told me at Spectrum a couple days earlier when they had no problem taking my $500 US. I was very grateful for her letting me know but *$@&*%# LIVID!!! That Spectrum was so UNETHICAL!! I called Spectrum and cancelled my apt and Demanded a refund- they would put me on hold, not return my calls, transfer me over to different lines where no one would answer these guys were straight [RS bleep]! I never did get my refund (I guess they needed my hard earned money more then me).
I then called New Life as the nurse I spoke with said they were honoring any deposits up to $500 for Dr. Dowbak. THANK GOD!!!!!!!!! I got in contact with Elena who provided me with all the new info and she did in fact honor my $500 (thank you). I unfortunately did not get my massages as indicated in my agreement with Spectrum...but oh well I was happy they helped me out like they did. Communication was better then how it was at Spectrum...although sometimes I did have to wait longer then I expected for documents to be sent etc. Still GRATEFUL THOUGH!

So after surgery I def got overwhelmed with recovery and life so sorry for not updating everyone on the process. I am almost 3 months post op- surgery was May 9th... but has gone down a bit but I’m very happy with results. I have a couple flat spots but nothing that would make me feel like the process wasn’t worth it...
I was 5”7 and 145 lbs going in icy was a struggle cause I had to put on weight from 128 lbs.
I am considering maybe in the going in for a round 2 not to really make their bigger, but rounder and maybe to fix the flat spots.
I am 100% more confident in my appearance from before and would go through the process again.
Dr. Dowbak is such a sweetheart and I am so happy I did my research and chose her ?? I am forever great full.
