Hello everyone my name is Jessica I will be getting surgery with Dr Dowbak at new life surgery center March 2, 2018 I'm pretty excited so nervous about going under I've paid for most of my surgery I will be leaving the 28th of February I will be going with my husband we will be staying in an apartment/hotel till the 10th of March the bbl package I purchased came with bbl Lipo 360 a pair of compression socks 3 massages and a faja. I have 4 children ages 13, 4, 2, 1 so you can imagine what that has done to my body and that's why I decided to go threw with this my butt is pretty much deflated used to be nice not no more I still have a nice shape just lost a lot of the fat after my kids and now I have a belly I can't get rid of so I'm hoping for great results I love everything I have heard about Dr Dowbak and that's why I choose to do with her she sounds amazing and her work is very impressive. I will keep everyone updated as much as possible if you have any questions please ask away I will try to be as open as possible.

i will be on spring break from march 2- 10th and i am interested in having a bbl with Dr. Dowbak around that time... what is your BMI pre op? and how much was your surgery ?

My surgery was 5,000 and my bmi is around 29 as long as it's under 34 your ok.

Yes with Dr.Dowback. yipsy my coordinator said his bmi is 36 but im not sure right now mine is 34.

Oh I have Raquel and she told me 34 but I'm sure you'll be fine have you done everyrhi g as far as medical clearance and labs? Where are you staying? Where are you coming from?

Are you coming alone? I seriously thought about coming by myself and leaving my husband behind with our kids but he's not having it I just kinda feel ill be takin care of better if I was at a recovery house. The appointment is fast they just draw 6 tubes of blood do and EKG and a simple check up my doctor cleared me the same day but I guess technically your not cleared till your labs come back but he said I was healthy and he was positive my labs would be fine and they were and it took 2 days to get my lab results back. Ugh we are so close I'm so nervous.

Medical clearance and labs vitamins
So I got my medical clearance done today and all my blood work done so I'm good to go as far as that goes. I also have been taking folic acid, iron, hema plex pills, and vitamin C three times daily only two weeks away I'm getting very scared and nervous but so ready to get this over with I have been reading a lot of people's stories that have been threw this and they say it's a very long uncomfortable journey so I'm trying to mentally prepare myself I will be posting some pictures of me from now and then after my surgery I have a big fat belly look like I'm pregnant still but I guess when you have three babies back to back it's harder to lose weight I go to the gym and eat good but I lose weight every where but my belly so I'm ready to get this done my kids are ages 1,2 and my son just turned 4 so they all are about 14/16 months apart. I will keep y'all updated about anything I experienceand if you have questions like I said I will be more then happy to answer them so far for supplies I have bought a pack of chux bed pads 100 count to shield the bed or car when im laying down or driving arnica gel, hand sanitizer, extra strength Tylenol, women's pads, gauze pads, a box of sterile gloves, a women's urinal, a bbq pillow, almond oil, and all my hygiene stuff I will let everyone know what supplies I actually use I seen a lot of women with so many supplies and they don't end up using a lot of them so I will let you all know what is used so y'all don't waste money buying unnecessary items. Any other questions let me know.

Oh awesome what will you be having done? I'm doing bbl and Lipo 360 I been thinking about adding chin Lipo as well.

Thank you so much. It's a long road to recovery but I would say its so worth it I have been wanting this for so long and I'm so happy with the outcome it's just very slow and very uncomfortable but you can get through it.

My pain lasted until day 3 I think everyone is different some have pain at longer some don't have pain at all I only took the "stronger" pain meds the first day and suffered through the rest I don't like pain meds so I have been taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen on and off the main thing you have to do to heal and get feeling better is walking and drinking plenty of fluids you should be going pee at least One every two hours if more fine but at least every two hours its hard to hear oh you have to get up and walk but omg I'm so glad I did causey recovery is not so bad now I'm more uncomfortable then anything just cause I have to be on my belly if I'm not up doing something I think that's the worst part so if I were you I would figure out ways to lay without putting pressure on your butt and master them cause this being on your belly is a lot and you start to get really sad and annoyed.

First off your results are really nice. I’ve been emailing Dr. Dowbak office for a month now and still no response. I’m trying sooo hard to make an appointment for May/June but haven’t received a call yet.

Yes, and blood work also and if you smoke anything you have to stop 30days prior they do a drug screen and nicotine and pregnancy test right before you go to surgery also no nail polish or gel/acrylic nails or they will cancel your surgery especially if you have any drugs or nicotine in your system you'll get a 1,000$ dollar fee. For them canceling the surgery. So make sure you follow all directions as asked.

Thanks I feel that I deserve this I'm always doing for my family never for myself so I feel like this will make me feel great about myself I'm really excited but scared at the same time but I know im in good hands with Dr Dowbak thank you so much I will keep everyone updated
Good homes for like 80$ a night for the entire home that way your not just in a little hotel room also male sure u read all the rules and pricing cause some do come with a security deposit or cleaning fee but they are usually very reasonable.
