So my surgery date has been changed to April 13th its a long story but I have the worst coordinator ever. She was really sweet until I paid my deposit then things went down hill. She mis informed me stipulations of the special they were offering and doesn't answer any of my questions which has only been 2 by the way LOL and when ever I call and request to speak with management they transfer me to her "Stephanie" lol well this will be a long journey Smh just venting

Oh lord. This is what I'm most afraid of; paying my deposit and then little to no communication. I hate being ignored. Especially since I'm out of state and can't pop up. What are the stipulation of the special? I just email my coordinator to find out their cancellation/refund policy.

Ok so they had a special for $5,500 with Ghurani when I spoke to my coordinator she told me that the special ended last Friday but if I put the $500 deposit down I would be good to go and I asked her what was the price with out the special she quoted $8000 so I agreed to go ahead and pay my deposit. She then told me they were booked out until March so we scheduled. This Monday I got email with my contract and health disclosure but the contract said 6,500 with a $500 deposit leaving me a $6000 balance. I called her and she was like oh that price is for November only. I bout lost it lol I remained calm but I expressed my frustration and informed her how she misinformed me, I told her I will dispute the charge and take my money some where else. Then the tables turned and she sent updated contract and moved my surgery date back to April

But I don't being ignored and also I hate the felling like I'm being rushed off the phone. Not only are we spending a lot of money we are also putting our life's in their hands to a certain extent. Just hoping will do better with the following up to my questions and and just better communication in general

Yeah unfortunately dealing with Spectrum that's how they do you. I was going to go with them as well, but changed my mind. I'm also from SC, I may be going in April myself as well....right now I have it scheduled for June! Good luck on your journey

My experience was horrible, I really tried to give it a chance. My coordinator was Emily ...she would never respond to my emails and when I would call I would always get voicemail. I switched to Dr. Alvarez through his private practice and the customer service has been great , I also really care about the post op experience from Dr. Alvarez and have heard nothing but great things. Ok I most def will, have you decided where you're staying or if your taking anyone?

They really need to do better that's ridiculous. I mean we are spending too much money to not get top notch customer service. It's stressful enough planning for the surgery alone. I wish I would have held off on putting a deposit done bc this is going to be a long journey. I also noticed that DR. Calve at Eres is running a special that's half of what Ghurani is offering. I can't seem to find much of his work or reviews though. So I'm skeptic about it. But girl I guess I will just pray for some patience lol. I'm still deciding where I'm plan to stay. My husband wants to come with me but I'm not sure he will be able to take off from work that long. IDK how I'm going to do this yet. What about you? do you have anything places in mind yet?

I'm thinking of getting a condo & booking a private nurse she's on IG as well and has great reviews. She will take you to sx and post op appt...she also knows a massage lady that will come to you. I'm going to add you on IG my name is futurealvarez

I'm considering putting on a few pounds. I really want my hips and ass to have projection currently I'm 5 1" and 129 pounds my bum is 25.5 what do you guys think? And do you have suggestions on fast ways to gain weight?

Hello so far I have put down my deposit of $500 to lock in my sugary date if March 17 2017 and also to receive the special offer. I've been communicating with Stephanie she's a coordinator and she seems to be very pleasant and prompt. I've done a lot of reaching on Ghurani and I absolutely love his results so I feel completely comfortable with my des ion. It did take a bit of convincing for my husband to support my des ion but now that he sees how serious I am he's now on board and I'm grateful to have his support

Good luck on your journey. I'm trying to decide if I'm going with Ghurani. I do have one question: were you able to pay your deposit with a card, or do they do wire transfer like some other Miami offices?

Thanks , and I've done a lot of research and compared his work to other surgeons like Ortega , fisher etc they are all great surgeons but I personally feel Ghurani will be best for the look I'm going for. I was able to make my payment with card

️Congrats so I also decided on dr Rami bit my problem my coordinator Liz hasn't even got back to me she sent me a text if I'm interested an didn't respond back that's disappointing to me :( especially with me being out of town
