I had my BBL with Dr. Fisher in March of 2014 and I did not know he did 5 surgeries a day. I'm now in need of revision work as Dr, Fisher left me with fat lumps on my back and one large dent on my right cheek and a loss of fat on the other cheek as well as uneven lopsided hips :( Multiple calls and one visit to Miami on January 3 2015 to try to meet with him to get an estimate for a revision have been pointless. To this day I have not received a call back or a revision quote. So I'm looking to Dr. Hasan for a revision or Dr. Cardenas in TJ Mexico. I think the issue with Dr. Fisher is that he does too many girls a day and his work is not consistent as it suffers from the amount of girls he works on. I feel like his work is a hit or miss. Some ladies come out great while others like me just don't :(

Getting ready for my tummy tuck in July . . .
Hello ladies, I am recovering very well. I am happy with my results even though I did lose a lot of volume. I came to the conclusion that my butt is big enough. It just needs the dents fixed and I am good to go. After speaking with my mother and sister, they both helped me realized that if I go any bigger, I'd look ridiculous. I'm 4'11 and I would look odd if I tried to go bigger.
But I am happy that my tummy tuck will happen July 1st and I am adding arm lipo and inner thigh lipo. Hopefully Dr. Fisher can get enough fat to fill in my dents. I also have some back fat lumps he missed when he lipoed my back.
If anyone else is going to Miami in the first week of July let me know or pass it on. I am looking to share a private apartment. I already booked my tickets and have a rental car reserved. I just need to find a place to stay. I want to rent an apartment through airbnb. I'm host here in LA on Airbnb so I know what it's like and how it works. I stayed with a very nice lady named Vivian last time I was in Miami for my BBL. I found here on here (RS) through another RS sister. Vivian's place was great but the bathroom was not private and she had other non-surgery guests as well. So this time around I wanted something a bit more private and I know it will be more expensive. If anyone out there wants to split a place and the nurse, let me know :)

Hi Jadaking, unfortunately I don't have anyone helping me with pictures. I just took what I could with my phone. I will have Jessica or another lady at vanity take full body pictures when I get there. Sorry, I come from a catholic family and it would be weird for me to ask my family to take pictures and my friends tend to be guys (not letting them get a peek).

New pictures . . .
Still swollen but healing nicely. I have spoken with Vanity about a revision on my BBL. My dent on my right cheek has gotten worse.

Did your surgeon explain why you got that dent?
No, I have not spoken with him but I think it's just fat absorption. some areas take the fat better than others.

Thanks Barbie! That is what Jessica said Dr. Fisher said when he saw my pictures. I do have a protrusion above my belly button which can be the muscle that is loose from having a child or more fat. Which is why I am arriving the day before to speak with him and get a game plan for what we will do. Jessica told me on the phone that Dr. Fisher may only do a mini tummy tuck as it looks like there isn't enough skin in my pictures.

Did he explain the dent?
No, I was not and have not been able to speak with him. My plan is to fly in on June 30th and see him so we can discuss the dent and if it's possible to fix it while I am there for my tummy tuck.
Shouldn't fisher fix the dents and fat lumps for free since he did not do it right? I will be going to fisher on the 26th of this month but a little nervous since a lot of realself sisters been having issues with there surgery . It seems like he is rushing and not taking his time like he use to. His procedures are beginning to be a hit or miss lately.
You know what, I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps he is overbooked??? As for the revision costs. Well Jessica said she didn't think I'd be charged anything except the surgery room and anesthesiology fees which are about $850 but that is if I have to come back for a third visit and that depends on what Dr. Fisher thinks when I come in on June 30th for my pre-op work for the tummy tuck. The thing is if I lived here it would not be bad but I'd have to pay for a flight, room, food, and transportation all over again if I come back a 3rd time. That's already $2500 at least when you put it together. So I hope he can just get it all done when I get my tummy tuck done.
So you have to pay for the revision when he do it and then if he mess up again you only have to pay for the surgery cost? I think he should fix it for free while you get your tummy tuck wen if he still charges you $850 you will be saving money since you have to travel. I don't live there either and don't have the time or extra funds to travel back and forth because of a mistake he made. Do you see a significant difference in the size of your butt or do you see more of a difference in the size of your waist? I'm trying to figure out if I should get the lipo with bbl or lipo with breast lift. I already have a okay booty it's not the biggest but I'm not flat back there.
