I wore the corset for a very short time and only for one reason. I need it to compress the foam so I could have my V shape really nice in the back. I heard of Llorente thru a friend that works with him.

I started walking since i gain weight very easily i gain 10pounds throughout this recovery ???? So im trying my best to loose this weights without loosing my fat. I dont really know how but will see how this goes. I never been skiny i been thick all my life. So i have to take care i dont want to ruin my results ????
