27 Years Old W/ Boy/girl Twins..Ready to Be Ghuranified

Hey everyone!! Ive finally found the courage to take that step and get a BBL. I've always wanted this since the age of 19. Well now Im 27 years old with a boy/girl twin and Its about that time to look like the sexiest MILF alive!! I'll be doing my surgery with Dr. Ghurani at spectrum aesthetics and I am excited as ever. His work is sooooooo amazing and Im praying that I get the same perfect results as his past Ghurani dolls. I made my deposit to lock in my price and set the date and now i'm just counting down the weeks. I was told that i must lose 40lbs before my surgery date, so im definitely im serious in stricked clean eating and exercising Im booked for March 21, 2017 and ill be staying at LoveShowsRecovery House. If anyone is getting their surgery around this time and staying there as well, DONT HESITATE TO HIT ME UP!!

I'm one week away from my surgery. They received all of my clearance information. Spoke with the pre op nurse Evelyn and was told everything looks good. I'm just waiting for the doctor to give her the okay to send over the clearance email. I'm nervous af!!!! But SUPER EXCITED. The pics posted are photos of me now. I'm down 25 lbs from 240lbs. Have 5 more to go so I've been hitting the gym HARD!!

Yay!!! I'm cleared!!! This is sooo surreal!!! I'm so excited!! I'm still trying to figure out what exactly to bring. I don't want to buy things that I'm not going to use for long. I'm staying at love shows recovery house. Ms. T seems amazing so far with guiding me. But I still think that I am missing a few things
