Damn time flew just giving a year update.... Still loving my results I will say waist training in the beginning play a big role in my results I remember sleepin in my waist trainer many nights believe me I wanted to hurry n show off too but be patient and you will have a lot of swelling so stay in that garment ech day get better.... I'll have another update next month when I get my boobs yayyyy and a mini tuck for some of my xtra skin n stretch marks but will keep u updated on that hope this review helps some one

7 Months post opp Hassanified!!!
Measurements are waist is at 25inches butt is at 43(lost weight so lost some volume still looks good tho ) I'm aiming for March for my breast augmentation I will keep you guys updated on that ok so my diet is as followed I still don't eat read meat only chicken very little n fish I take tons of vititiams and protein shakes I wear my Keshia Dior waist eraser to sleep faithfully every night and That's really it um yea Anthing thing else comment below thanks until next time love

U look great! I'm so nervous my sx coming up on the 20th! Where did u get your waist easer from? Do you have any info to that I can use right after my sx?

I ordered it on her website my advise is to load up on vititams and protein shakes the first week is important because u have to make she the fat has its own blood supply to survive that's how the projection stays liquid chlorophyll is good also and the garment is important 3&4 months in still wear them n massage helps it's all worth it so hang it u might feel like why the hell did I do this some days because the Lipo takes a toll but it gets better

Damn! You look great, look at that waist! I need to get my waist to 25, I am 17 days post op and my waist is at 29 because of all the swelling. When you first started waist training, did you put it over your garment and foams or just used it over a shirt?

I put it over my garment at first then when I stopped wearing the garment I would wear 2 waist trainers now I just wear one

Your swelling will ease up and ur waist will get smaller just keep up the waist training i would some times drink a tea called flat tummy tea to get my stomach super flat

Ok so this is the safe mark all I do is waist train I sleep in my waist trainer and I drink flAt tummy tea to keep me flat (more of a detox for inner stomach) (won't loose ur butt) I do work out not a lot but 2-3 days A week I'm now looking to get my breast done ....hate is still at A All time high now everyone want to kno my secret but I won't tell a soul lol most just wanna kino to talk [RS bleep] but any who hope u ladies enjoy the update 36-27-45(lost a lil volume ) but still big lol
