3 Month Update

Here's a few pics. Still not much to say. I still haven't been wearing any garments waist trainers or anything like that and I haven't changed my eating habits. My weight has been up and down between 130 and 140. A lot probably has to do with stress. I plan on ordering the flattimmytea that I've been reading about and start going to the gym and working out this month. My back is still really sensitive and has some swelling more so than my tummy but there's still some swelling or bloating there sometimes it seems to come and go.

Yes I've been so bad I have not been doing anything I'm supposed to do and no no massages. My beg weight was 147

2 Month Update

Stomach and back still tight. Burns a little here and there. Booty extra jiggly and cuff game remains strong. I would like for it to drop a bit but oh well. Lost 15lbs haven't worked out and haven't changed my eating habits. I bought the Leonisa soft compression garment but to be honest I never wear the garments any more. I'm gone do better I've just had a lot going on with my little brother passing.

No I don't think so. It's flat but it's ugly. I can wear high waisted clothes n look fine but I couldn't wear a two piece with a thong bikini lol
