I really want the perfect hourglass figure--sculpted waist and a better bum. I feel like I'm so wide but it's not really fat fat per se. I work out a lot so I'm pretty firm but there's fat covering the muscle so it just makes me look stout and stocky.
So far I've been in touch with Keala from Vanity. I love her! She answers my calls super fast and makes me feel like I'm her only patient--She answered each of my 100,000 questions and has been super patient. She's been great with getting me all the detailed paper work I requested.
* I was going to go with Ortega at Spectrum (Karla as my coordinator) but honestly, getting them to call me back or answer any of my questions was the most exhausting thing ever. If they made it this difficult before surgery, can you just imagine what my post op would be like!!? They really made me feel like they just couldn't be bothered with me.
Taking my money and my butt to Vanity to get Hasanified! Deuces Spectrum.

I wish they would have told me I the exact time I needed to be in the clinic for blood work!!!
So I went ahead and called the clinic cause my coordinator Keala wasn't answering; I asked what was the latest time I could get my blood work done the day before and they said they close at 5 so I should be fine arriving at 4pm.
I went ahead and booked my flight that would arrive the day before at 3:20pm. I figured, the airport is 10 mins away, I should be there before 4 pm and be good to go. Keala finally replied and said I need to be there by 9 am the latest (the day before) [RS bleep]!!! I'd have to pay $200 to change my flight or cancel and wait 7 days for a full refund! SO ANNOYED.
THIS IS SOMETHING SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE SPECIFIC ABOUT.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER
CHECK IN AND ARRIVAL
So everything was settled (in my mind) with my patient coordinator. I applied for partial financing through blueberry and was gonna pay the remainder with cash. I told her when I would be arriving from my flight and she said someone would pick me up.
I got here and I was waiting around for about 45 mins. I called the clinic and they said they didnt have me as arriving today and I didn't have the home away so they couldn't pick me up. Which I did believe I had!
I took a cab to the clinic and waited 2 hrs to speak to someone. This peruvian lady who is the finance manager. Really shitty personality. She said they only accepted cash and that if I couldn't come up with the cash then too bad. At this point I'm beyond freaked out. I’m so outraged by the way I’m being treated and the lack of embarrassment from these people for their massive [RS bleep] up. So I man up and tell her I have the funds in my account and she can put it on my debit card. NO CASH ONLY!!! I needed to have $4050 in by 5 am tomorrow in order to have my surgery!! Mind you it was 3:49 pm and the banks close at 4 here and the atm limit is $500. I’m freaking out cause how am I gonna withdraw that amount in one evening!!? I had to run around to a bunch of different ATM’s to withdraw the funds. I so could've gotten shot or stabbed. Not to sound dramatic, but who the hell wants to walk around with that kind of cash in an unknown city!??
After my bank cut me off, I had to wake up at 4 am to go to the ATM and withdraw the rest. I got to the clinic around 5 am as told and had to wait around until 9:30 to be seen. Like [RS bleep], I could’ve been sleeping.
RECOVERY HOUSE….or lack of it.
So they didn't have me scheduled for the RH because of my goddamn patient coordinator so I had to stay at the extended stay. The first night there was a nurse 6pm-6am. THATS IT. After that I was on my own. I complained to the manager of the RH and said this is not what I paid for. I told her I could've stayed at a cheaper hotel if I intended to be alone. She basically told me too bad, people at the recovery house are basically on their own too. And at this point I'm so nauseous from surgery and the meds that all I can do is take it and deal with it all.
PLEASE I URGE YOU DO NOT COME ALONE!!!!! The only person that gives a rats ass about you here is Raul, the driver.

He is the best thing out of this whole experience. So caring and attentive. He took me to Walmart to go grocery shopping, helped me carry everything into my room and even stopped somewhere to get me food.

It's like a medical credit card--like care credit but lower interests rates. Vanity doesn't accept care credit--only Blueberry.
