Vanity wasn't a complete mess...I loved Nisi my massage therapist; Kayla, Hasan's assistant; and Carol, the shop attendant.

Nisi was extremely patient and funny. When I told her I was scared of not recovering right, she said "Honey this life is not for cowards!" She assured me I was strong and that my body was taking it well. She's right--definitely not a life for cowards. I really wish I could see her 1x a week and get massaged. She's awesome.

Carol took care of me when I couldn't bare waiting for my driver kneeling on the chairs. She helped me find a good spot to rest 2x, when she really didn't have to.

Kayla was really thorough and had a great sense of humor. I just wish I wrote everything down. She speaks really fast lol

So Hasan doesn't like using ab boards. He prefers foam boards; even though the package includes 2 foams and 1 board, my massage therapist said I could get two foam boards instead of the board. I did and it helped to prevent denting and creasing from the garment. However, after hearing one of Dr. Fisher's patients say she had both on (4 foam boards and one ab board), I decided to get one.
I was gonna buy one from Vanity but they sell them for $40!!! I looked up the brand and on their website they go for $25.
