Day 4 receive a home post my doc rocks

Day 3

Day 3 I fill much better I fill like my soreness is wear off I got a massage yesterday for the first time it was painfull but releasing of the fluid was the best I took a hot shower after now that was heaven felt so good here is pic from day 2 massage
