Random update

Hey ladies, I'm here to say yes the recovery is hard but it's sooo worth it! Drink lots of water, eat healthy, & switch to a smaller garment when you stop seeing marks. Get massages!!! I started getting lumps but after my massages my stomach looks way better. I try not to sit on my butt even though I can. I started working out & doing normal activities. Yes my back is still numb & swollen but my butt is completely soft. I love my body & am looking forward to focusing only on abs (:

One month update...

So it's been a month since my surgery (: I'm still swollen in my stomach, numb in my back, & my right butt cheek is slightly still swollen. I haven't sat directly on my butt yet I'm too nervous. I have 2 massages in April hoping that'll help the swelling. Has anyone ever used a foam roller? If so what's the best routine?

How I'm wearing my garment now

So I got a new garment it's the Maria E boy shorts one & I love it! It's so much tighter... I'm starting to wear my waist trainer with my foams underneath with my garment over & let me tell you it's tight! I'm hoping this will help my swelling.
