Dr.Valls Gave me exactly what I wanted!

I’ve been doing well!! Swelling has gone down a lot from before but is sill alive and well. I wear my faja 23 hours a day 7 days a week with foams one each side and abdomen with ab board on top and a back board/lumbarboard. I get massages weekly and massage my self Daily right after my showers each day. I lost a little volume but I think it’s growing a bit again. I think is what people call the fluff fairy. One thin that is super annoying is the side where the drain was is a bit mor swollen than the opposite side. I add an extra poise pad right on top of that to add extra compression to even I out. I’m happy overall with m results . Will update later.

I’m finally one week postop. I’m really liking my results, I just have a lot of swelling in my waist and back area where they took my drain out is a specially swollen. I took my drain out on the fifth day postop. I would’ve left it in longer but I had a flight that day back to Philly.I had gotten massages every day since surgery except for the last two days. I have more massages starting tomorrow. Also, the fajaI have is too big. I tried ordering a smaller one,But I ordered it two sizes down, I should have only gotten it 1 Sz down . I might be able to fit it but I was into much pain to even try. I might just save it for stage 2

I am on day post op and very swollen in my waist and stomach in general. I’m feeling a bit more sore but I went to get my first massage which lasted about 2 hours. The massage was super relieving. You just have to make sure you take our meds right before. I will add more updates later.
