2 months post op

Well I would be 2 months post opp in 4 days. I feel just about normal again. Except my lower is still gets a little hard, and sometimes when I get up from laying down so long, it feel like my back is on fire. Not for long though, and it's bearable. I went to see dr. Fisher like 3 weeks ago for a follow up, he said I looked great and to start massaging my incision spots. I forget exactly what he said why. It was something about inflammation. But I stop getting massages because I feel like I can massage myself now since I'm not in any pain anymore. I sit down completely now with no worries. When I sleep at night I get a little paranoid about my hips so I sleep with a pad on my side(stomach) so my hip isn't completely flat. But I sleep on sides, and back now, but I always end up tossing in a different position, not that I'm in pain but I just try to get comfortable. Lately I've been staying away from fast food and I work out maybe 3 days out of the week. I'm going to start back working out 5 days a week when lower back completely heals. Overall I like my results, even though the swelling went down a lot. That's why I tell dr.fisher patients to wait until the 4th week to look at your self because week 1-3 is like an illusion stage. For the first couple of weeks I tried to stay in the house, I didn't want anyone to see me, because I know my butt wasn't going to stay that size. I was really huge first week post opp, my face, arms and butt. Vanity coordinators still email or call me to see if I'm okay. That's one good thing about them. I still wear my garment, not 247 but I do wear it as often as I can or sometimes I just wear my waist chincher. I actually like that better because it's too hot for the garment, but I sleep in it with foams and my ab board. I won't be buying another garment because I feel like I'm going to waist my money from not wearing it as much. The garment I have now which is a vedette 929 size 34 it's not as tight but when I put the foams and the board in, it gets tight.

A month and a week post op

Right now I'm feeling almost back to normal. My sides are starting to feel normal, they are not sore anymore but still a little hard. My lower back is the only part of me that's still sore. I haven't really started sitting yet, but I plan on sitting next week. I want to go out to eat, to the movies, and get my hair and nails done. And not sitting was hindering me from all that. My butt isn't hard anymore, it's jiggly.

Forgot to add

Btw my butt is softening up :-)
