24 Year Old Alvarez Doll 2017 - Miami, FL

I got my results back fast within three days I believe it was ? And my hemoglobin (iron) came back at a 10.8 In order for me to be cleared for surgery I must have at least 11. If your hemoglobin is under 12 Dr. Alvarez requires the cell saver procedure which is when a machine recovers lost blood during SX and filters it and puts it back into your body. Apparently there are benefits other than being like a mini blood transfusion to keep low hemoglobin patients from losing too much blood.. for example it is said that this procedure helps with recovery .. not as much bruising or soreness and faster healing... I planned on getting the cells saver irregardless if my hemo was over 12 because of my history with low iron. I was told that I would need to get my hemo up at least one week before surgery or I would not be cleared. Well today marks on week before scheduled surgery and my iron has not gone up. So unfortunately I will have to reschedule it and work on getting my iron all the way up (in my fat joe voice) just a little frustrated because Mia Aesthetics sucks at communication and makes it a little more stressful by not returning calls, emails, voicemails. However I reached out to Dr. Alvarez myself and he responded within the hour letting me know someone will be contacting me to help reschedule my SX tomorrow. That's the kind of doctor you need that cares enough about his patients he answers me on a Sunday afternoon ! He made me feel like I was in great hands. Let's hope someone does call! Trying to reschedule for end of April beginning of May. Pray for me dolls!!

So yesterday I went and had my labs done, gave a urine sample, and had an EKG. I just went to my local urgent care because I unfortunately no longer have insurance. I ended up paying 239 for everything which was the least expensive I have found. The EKG took literally 2 minutes and the doctor told me everything looked good right then and there. He did tell me I needed to drink more water which I was out the night before so I know I was dehydrated and that there was a tiny tiny bit of blood in my urine. But nothing that raised concerns. I'm just waiting for my blood work to come back which they said would take 3-5 days. So from here on out until SX it's water only !!! Just keeping you dolls updated as promised. I still need to purchase my Faja, my BBL pillow, my lips foam, but a lot is sold out !!! Online shopping today as soon as I'm home from work. Stay tuned !

So.... due to a series of unfortunate events with my RN bff I will not be AirBNBing and having her take care of me. So now I am back at the drawing board looking for the closest recovery house near Mia Aesthetics. I have read horror stories about the car ride back to the recovery house and just being in pain and I prefer to get one as close as possible with great service of course ! So time for more research and now I'm about 30 days Pre Op. so just hoping some one has room for me !! Pray for me y'all.
