If you’ve been following me on RS you’ve known about my journey with Coolsculpting. While I think it did have some results, I still have a lot to go and I honestly should’ve BBL from the beginning instead of wasting $3300 on CS, that could’ve went towards my BBL. I honestly think CS is for already skinny people that have a LITTLE fat. So if you’re reading this and debating between CS or BBL, just do the BBL lol.
Anyways, I chose Dr. Valls out of Jolie Plastic Surgery in Miami. I was quoted 3800 and my surgery date is October 25th. I’ll be driving with my friend from Houston to Miami on the 23rd who is getting the same procedure but at a different doctor. It’s a 16-17hour drive and my husband will be accompanying us. I’m super excited.

It’s becoming more real
I did my labs last Thursday, and my EKG on Friday! I was worried because I’ve been known to be anemic. I’ll be doubling up on iron pills as I heard if you’re anemic you have to pay an additional $500 charge (not sure of the validity of that, but better to be safe then sorry).

Yesss!!!! That's so exciting! I've done CS too and you're right: it's for small areas only.
I have my BbL on November 3.

Dr. Thomas Pane. I did a BBL with him back when I was really skinny (118) 5 years ago. It definitely made a difference as i was FLAT as a pancake! Now I'm like ohhhh I want a BOOty, not just a "something" instead of "nothing" lol.
And CS..well I used to sell it!!! It worked on people with little love handles.. just erased them. The people that wanted to reshape their body, it didn't do the trick. I am so glad I don't sell it anymore because it's not reliable enough when it comes to results for those who have more than a small bump.

Also, I've seen so many good reviews on Dr. Valls. It looks like you picked a GREAT surgeon! I guess your surgery is a week or so before mine? The 25? And you're traveling to Miami?
I am traveling from out of state, too. I will be alone. I'm kind of not looking forward to recovering by myself, I might get lonely. I am glad I will have the blog and all the "dolls" on here to communicate with.

Hi, my procedure is scheduled for November 10th with Dr. Mcadoo. I’m anemic as well and trying to get my iron levels up. Which supplement did you use and how long did you take it for?

I did the iron supplement 45ml a day I. Two days it went from 12 to 14 . So if you need it quick boost do that and continue to do that up till surgery and after with a laxative of course

Thanks! What was the name of the supplement? I’ve been taking blood builder and I went from 10.8 to 13.4! Just found out today!
