update
So I went today and got my drain and ALL my stitches removed !! I was the biggest baby lol and really all for nothing . Juliette which is Dr Fishers assist is so sweet , caring , and kind. All the ladies at vanity are awesome the ones in the back at least the ones in the front desk they look lost and unaware of what's going on and they aren't so pleasurable walking up to. Anyways I've done 6 massages so far 1 the morning of my surgery and the other five after surgery . Since I just had my drain taken out I have to wait 5 to 7 days to restart them. I am doing 3 more Hopefully by then I went be swollen anymore and everything will be okay. I am still swollen and have trouble walking str8 but overall I've used the bathroom regularly , eating , walking good . Can't complain. Oh ladies the triangle GET IT I AM LOVING LOVING THE ARCH IN NY LOWER BACK LORD......... HUBBY IS IN LOVE. I'll post a pic later of what it does for you other than that here's so random pics of how and where to put the board and foam ect also ur compression socks should stay on for at least 10 - 12 days!!!

No problem sweety. And under my foam is a white kinda tank top like light compression shirt . I'll post a pic later and then a sports bar over it just to keep everything tight and from saggy and being loose my tummy Is okay no lumps or bumps just one in my lower back i need to get massage nothing serious though thank god .I am still in pain , cant bend down all the way and taking a shower definitely drains my energy . Other than that I'm good still getting massive headache and low grade fever hope it passes soon though. And vnt idk about the cc I keep forgetting to ask but I'm 54 and weight 181 my bmi was over 30 which I am lucky to god I still had my surgery Dr fisher does not play ur bmi should not be over 30.0
Actually google it . It's basically a woman's compression tank top not spaghetti straps thou. And not obsessively tight or not to loos

You both are welcome . And no not a cami it's those tight but stretchy shirts girls wear to like the gym. If u google woman compression shirts urll see and if u have any more questions I am here to help. Everyone recovers different I am a Hispanic woman so we do things a certain way to main figure and keep that booty big everyone will always have there own opinion don't ever forget to do what feels right

I take them out this Thrusday, had my sugery Wednesday
