So far my experience with vanity has been easy especially with help from Lia my surgery coordinator. I'm 5'2 I weigh 145 I plan on losing 10 pounds so I can get the results I really want . I have low iron so I will definitely be eating a lot of green veggies and taking pure absorb ... And I also put a down payment with Marian for my massages .... If you have any suggestions or questions please comment

Welcome to the site! I agree, you probably don't want to lose weight. It sounds like you're in the sweet spot already. I believe only one type of fat can be removed (the kind not near your organs since that's scurry-- professional opinion right there) then of the fat removed and harvested only a small percentage is usable for fat grafting and of that injected only about 75% will remain. I'm over here trying to force fast food down my throat. As far as iron goes, if you can get some floradix that might be helpful, too. I take both because I've always had a slight iron issue. Best of luck to you in your journey!

Yes I agree . I have been taking a blood builder suplement with extra vitamin C that I got on amazon and it raised my hemoglobin to 14.1 . I'm 5.2 and about 155 pounds right now and I don't feel good with this weight and always gain it in my lower body first , especially now since I already had lipo on my stomach and waist so I have been drinking ensure at least twice a day for the past week just to make sure that I have enough fat since I'm redoing my stomach and back and I'm planning on loosing that extra weight later

I did some research and the recommended dose of iron should be 18mg a day

Of course I do cardio but I do light weights but more reps because I'm trying to tone but I do pull ups and it's kind of hard to explain because I don't know the name of the workouts

Yes it's hard to explain in words :-). Well for the triceps I use a chair and my own weight. U probably tried it - u know where you sit on the chair and grab the seat with both hands (fingers and feet pointing straight forward) lift your bodyweight up and down with the but just in front of the seat and try to get your elbows as close to each other as possible. As I said u might know this as it's one of "the old" ones - but for me it's one of the best. Also because you can make it easier/harder by changing your foot position the closer your feet are to the chair the easier. And then of course the old fashion push ups - I do it on my knees - don't have the strength or technique to do them on the toes.
