20 Years Old And Ready To Feel Confident!!

I struggle with a lot of the problems i have with myself and its so frustrating the amount of money and pain im going to have to put in to feel better about myself. I have excessive hair growth that no matter what remedies i have tried , wont go away and has caused my face to have dark spots and bumps that are painful and ugly. I have been told that the laser is the best option for my problem so now i have to research for that and find the money for it. I also have keloids all over my butt and two large ones on my shoulders that wont allow me to wear hardly anything. I am so disheartened about them because im afraid that my bbl will only make them harder to hide. My 21st birthday is in 8 days and i dont even care i just want to shut myself in my room and cry. i try to be string and act like its not bothering me but it is. i just want to have normal skin. i dont think its that much to ask for.
