My swelling has pretty much subsided I have had three lymphatic drainage massages so far. Which are so crucial it’s so crazy looking back at the pre op expectations and realizing they do not prepair you for the home care. I’m feeling good soreness has ceased I’m feeling close to my normal self again

I had my second lymphatic drainage massage 1 week 1 day post op. I’m going to go once a week my doctor never recommend how often for me to go post op. I feel amazing and so relaxed after she works out the fluid which has subsided so much. My massage therapist is so thrilled with how well my body is healing and responding to her massages. I see nothing but good for the future
