After training in the gym with countless personal trainers I realized that the proportions from my wait to hips wasn't something that was attainable in the gym. It was either I got my waist down and had a small waist and abs but then compromised my glutes and thighs, never being able to attain both. Because when we are working out we tend to lose fat everywhere for the most part. So after dealing with this for several years and becoming a bit frustrated I ran into several of Dr. Constantino Mendietas patients. Their results were PERFECTION! I immediately became obsessed doing countless hours of research on him and other DR that offered the same BBL procedure, but there was NO comparison! So I thought out the procedure, called and did a consultation via email by sending images of myself and coordinating everything with Pinina and Andrea which are his staff members that coordinate surgery for him. I then received a quote and began to save all my funds because I was determined to get the procedure done and schedule my date, and so I did!

Dr. Mendieta is first of all a genuine soul. Very caring and attentive to your desires but also very knowledgable in his field of work and mastery. He was very warm and kind, wasn't rushing me at all. He and his wonderful staff answered all my questions and simply made me comfortable and excited to get the procedure done. Every one in his staff are so warm, welcoming, and helpful. From the receptionist Anayiz to Norma whom is one of the nurses that works there and is a total sweetheart very attentive and caring. Andrea the coordinator is also a sweetheart and is very informative, answering all questions and concerns. Danay is also another one of the new nurses that loves her job and is a total gem. Ellana his 1st Assistant is amazing and bent over backwards to accommodate me. I appreciate all of his staff and I am beyond grateful and happy I got the procedure done! I look amazing!
