Almost 4 mo. PO and happy with my results

I am almost 4 months post op. And I am happy with my results so far. I still have days that I am super swollen and feel tired and in pain. I feel the pain,swelling, and sometimes numbness, more around my butt and hips. But when the swelling goes down the pain and numbness goes away. The Dr. Released me for light exercise..absolutely no abs he said. He's awesome...really cares about his patients. I see him for a follow up in Aug.

1 month PO...and I see changes
It's been 1 month since my FD/LBL. So far I like what I see. I am no longer wearing the binder. I started wearing the compression garment (Colombian faja..the best!) Been back at work for 2 weeks now..first week went home everyday then the second week I stayed all day. Swelling is at a bareable stage and now I don't take any of the prescribed pain meds and am sleeping through the night comfortably.

Very interesting. I was reading your notes and I had surgery same day with the same surgeon. I was the second patient, so I think I was after you. I'm feeling amazing already. He is the best. Good luck.
