42 Year Old Much Needed Tummy Tuck and Some Back Lipo - Miami, FL

im so excited and scared my tummy tuck is just 6 days away. I've been wanting one for 3 years now but have always dismissed the thought. Kinda felt it was selfish, crazy spending all that money on myself, is this vain, what if something should happen to me....what would happen to my kids? Oh lord ive had all sorts of thoughts both good and bad entering my mind. The truth is I'm tired of carrying this "coin changer" as I call it around my waist, under my arms and on my back. It all bothers me and I'm ready to just rid myself of it. I trust God will help me through this as he always has with everything in my life. I've read most of your stories and journeys and they are extremely uplifting and have helped in moving further with my surgery. Thank you here are some before shots. Hello all its been 3 days since my TT & smart Lipo of back, flanks, bat wings and arms. I went to my post op yesterday and saw my scar. I'm so happy, it's very low, my belly button looks great, my stomach looks amazing although still swollen it looks small. Aside from being uncomfortable and a bit painful take your pain mess every 4-5 hrs. Today I don't need the percocets anymore. Will only take to sleep. The worst was taking castor oil cause I was constipated and I guess I over did it and went to do #2 several times. Get voltaren for the smart Lipo pain. It's a cream and it works miracles. Get arnica for bruising. Eat protein before you take mess, I vomited the first night and felt better afterwards. I went to my massage today and that hurt but it's over. I'm really happy with my decision. Totally recommend & allow your loved ones to care for you. Thank you for ur wishes and concerns.

Today makes 5 days since my TT, smart lipo of flanks, back, bat wings and abdomen. I feel really good. Been taking care of myself by not eating salty foods, drinking plenty of water, taking 1000 mg of vitamin C, walking for 15 minutes every 2 hours during the day, using arnica for bruising, voltaren for areas of swelling & pain and 1000 mg of vitamin C. Only bothersome areas now are the areas where I had smart lipo which have fluid but I'm doing the massages to get rid of that. I get tired quick. Today I decided to shower and I guess the water was too hot because I almost fainted. My husband showered me and I just kept hearing his voice farther and farther away. I immediately controlled my breathing & raised my arms and started feeling better within secs. That was a bit scary. I'm drinking nitribullet veggie and fruit shakes and I try to eat protein every 3-4 hrs. Don't have much of an appetite. Ok here are some pics I took today. I actually saw my belly today and I love it. I'm so happy and thankful for my PS Dr. Sean Simon or Dr. Magic. I am very pleased. Still a bit bruised, swollen but I'm on my way to recovery. I can't believe I didn't do it sooner.
