Before my kids, I used to have a nice round and perky butt. After giving birth to my second child, however, my butt lost its natural volume and became saggy. After doing tons of research I decided to go to Dr. Constantino Mendieta and booked the procedure with him. Today I'm 19 days post op and things are starting to fall into place little by little. The first week was hell and all I did was cry. I had the drains removed at day 7 and I still need to take Percocet to be able to sleep at night. I'm not 100 % sure how many cc's he put in, but He told me he was going to put only 290, because I'm only 5 feet and I only weight 110 pounds.

Today I am 20 days post op. Can't wait to be able to drive again. I think the healing process is going well. My incisions look good and my butt is not swollen anymore, only a little bit hard. My mobility has improved 90 %. I think I can walk almost normal now. I'm still taking it very easy and resting as much as I can.

You look incredible!! Do you have any before pics by chance? I know it's a big difference from your before body. How long before you can sit? Again you look sooo Assume! :-)

Thank you very much. Yes, I do have before pictures, and I'm planning to upload them, I just have to find them. Lol, I should be sitting already ( using a pillow for support, of course) but I want to wait a few more days before I give it a try. Thanks again.

You look great. Congrats and happy healing. Would love to hear how "comfortable" they feel once you've healed a bit more.

Thank you. They really get more and more comfortable each day, but at three weeks post op I can still definitely feel the implants, especially the right one. The left feels already softer. I will keep you posted.

THIS! Hahaha this is what I'm holding out for right now!!! Thanks for sharing your experience with us here. I have read a lot about your surgeon and how great he is and the proof is in the pudding. Or cake? Hehehe you look amazing! :)

Dr. Mendieta doesn't do but implants anymore

Yes. I had a Skype consult w him in May and he said he doesn't do them now due to infection rate. He told me to gain 15 to 20 pounds for fat transfer. I don't want to do that to my body, so booked w Dr. Stanton.

Wow! When I went to my consult he also suggested that I gain weight, but I told him that wasn't going to happen.... So we went with implants and I didn't have any problems. Maybe talking to him in person makes a difference because he can see that you really can't get weight even if you try. ( that was my case). I wish you all the best for your surgery with Dr. Stanton.

You look amazing. Love your shape. Im looking for a surgeon can do the same for me. My story is the same like you. Round butt before kids now ts saggy and I gained weight. Im 5 tall and 120 pounds but I want BBL and if he can lift my butt and make it rounded it again!

Thank you. If you have enough fat, the BBL is always the best option. My only choice was implants because I had no fat to transfer at all.
