My name is Heidy. The reason for my visit with Dr. Miller was for a rhinoplasty. Since I was very young I felt self-conscious about my nose. Originally, I came to Miami to have my surgery with another surgeon but it didn't work out because of his lack of professionalism. After meeting many surgeons, Dr. Miller seemed to be the best, he took the time to listen and answer all my questions. He is very knowledgable and professional in what he does and made me feel very comfortable but most importantly as an otolaryngologist he knows perfectly the function of the nose.
Before the surgery he prescribed me the medicine I was going to need which was so easy to obtain because the pharmacy is located in the same hospital building. His assistant assisted me there and helped me a lot, she was very kind. From our very first meeting to post surgery I have been treated very well.
The day of the surgery I was very calm because I knew I was in a good hands. The staff at the hospital were very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I had such a great experience with them.
After the surgery I woke up with some pain but the nurse gave me some medicine which subdued the pain and after that i did not need any more pain medicine after all. Also I didn't have the pack in my nose which was nice. I remember Dr. Miller told me that he uses a technique that makes you feel minimal pain or not pain at all, and he was correct.
Next day I went to see him and we were very happy to see that I had very minimal bruising and swelling. I was just so excited!
A week later I looked as if no surgery was performed and I could breath perfectly. My nose looked amazing and I was very happy with the results.
The recovery process has been incredibly quick and smooth. The office and surgery staff are very patient and caring and always make me feel important.
I am so happy and thankful with the amazing results and the whole process I went through with Dr. Miller and his staff.
